I had to change my review to 1-star due to my car not working properly. As soon as my car is back to working order or a replacement vehicle provided, I will revise this review to reflect that.
My brand new Ariya has had intermittent Level 2 charging issues since I started the lease. I love everything else about the car - it's spacious, fast, has great range, looks cool, has the double moonroof. It's a spaceship from the future!
Not being able to Level 2 charge is killing me. I owned a Nissan Leaf for two years and got used to charging while I was at work or at home. Now my only option is Level 3 chargers
So I have to take an extra hour a day to charge my car. I'm a dad and a business owner. I don't have an extra hour a day. Plus if the charger is occupied then my wait time goes up. Plus Level 3 charging is 3 times more expensive than Level 1 or 2 charging, which completely negates the cost savings of driving an EV. My labor rate is $75-$150/hr, so every single day I'm just bleeding money. Sitting and wasting time, thinking about how if Nissan wanted to keep me as a customer, they would take care of this problem.
I appreciate the efforts of the dealership to help. Mort, Jeremy, Dan, Seth, and others - you guys are like family to me and this situation is really unfortunate. I'm really hoping we can figure out a solution so I can remain a Nissan customer.
If I didn't get a defective car, I'd be a walking advertisement for the Ariya. But at this point, I can't recommend Nissan or their EVs

Sales Man Travis is fantastic. He's polite, professional and extremely helpful. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, asked questions and showed me only the vehicles I was interested in.

I needed to trade my car in. I got to work with Dan in the show room. First off he's very personable. Takes his time in talking to you and getting to know you. Definitely listens to what is said. Makes you feel comfortable with the buying/trading process. This I am very appreciative of.... The first car he showed me was the only car he showed me. That's actually not a negative thing here. They will show you anything you want to see... You guys, they listen... and they don't take advantage of peoples position.... And they will show you what you want/need. They will actually show you the processes as they get you loan from banks. You're not left out of any process unless you want to be.... I'll definitely be shopping here in the future.

Used these guys for service.My first interaction was with a faulty TPMS sensor.Service advisor told me that they had to order it and it would be about 1 week. After not hearing for 2 weeks I called and was told that it was backordered and they'd call me when it arrived.After another month I called to check in, spoke to a different service advisor, and was told that he can't even find my order in the system and that my TPMS sensor showed up as in stock in the local warehouse and could be there the next business day.When I asked if the last guy simply forgot to order it I got no response.Yesterday I showed up for my appointment to have my oil changed, brakes replaced, and winter tires swapped for my summers.I scheduled the appointment over the phone over 1 week in advance and specifically asked them to order 4 pads and rotors so that they would be there when I showed up. Showed up for my appointment and was told that never happened.Had them just swap the tires instead.Get in the car to drive away and see that the tech forgot to re-train the TPMS sensors...Will be going to a different dealer from now on.Last comment is that even if you book an appointment for a specific time and tell them that you're waiting, they hardly ever pull your vehicle in the garage in the first hour.Waited over 3 hours to simply mount/balance 4 tires. (Usually 1-1.5 hours of labor)

Stop by if you want to be scolded into paying more for a car you don't really want and getting less for your trade in. The owner was like a parody of car salesman from SNL.

Terrible, worst customer service ever in the service dept. Tried to get a new key FOB, they tried to charge $260 for a failed reprogramming, then diagnostics, on a $250 key they sold then claimed was defective, only to walk away with a recommendation to buy a new key and start that all over again at a later date. Sounded like they tried to pull the same stunt on another person who also waited over an hour and a half. It's a scam and a waste of time. I'd go to another dealer or anywhere but here.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing my leased vehicle. Definitely feel taken advantage of and should have done my homework. Rushed through the process and pressured me. Also, was definitely lied to when questions were asked and agree they are the definition of a sleazy dealership.

I've had my Nissan Altima since 2009 and this car has been extremely reliable. I stand by Nissans quality and will get a Nissan for my next car in the near future. I've also used Nissan for oil changes and repairs throughout and they've been great and knowledgeable about what my car needs. The prices are fair, as well, In my opinion. I've lived in Burlington since October and have been coming to freedom Nissan for oil changes and minor repairs. My only complaint here is a female sales person. I made an appt to look at a new car and she never approached me during my oil change and time here. She then emailed and said where were you? I let her know I was there waiting and she said I was supposed to find her. This place isn't big, nor is the seating area. Seems like she didn't take it seriously if she didn't find me and say hello and introduce herself. As I sit here today in the waiting area for my oil to be changed, I over heard her talking with other co-workers making negative remarks about gay people. Not a type of person I'd care to buy a car from, and to me, doesn't send a good message about this company. But again, I want to reiterate that I stand by Nissans quality and their service team.

If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I leased a car from them in July 2021, and the service has been horrendous. They don't offer loaner vehicles, and I simply cannot leave my car for service for the amount of time they need it. They don't offer any other options, other than a ride, which is completely useless for my line of work. The sales person was pretty good, but I wasn't given much info on this car, and found out the hard way that there is no spare tire!! And it costs an arm and a leg to replace the fix-a-flat can that came with the car. Go elsewhere for a Nissan - I'm exploring other Nissan service departments since I despise going back to this one.

Had a really good experience at Freedom Nissan. Worked with Nick Adams. He usually just buys used cars from people and I was interested in selling my truck. Well I ended up seeing a different truck on the lot that I really liked. Instead of handing me off to whoever was up next, he said "I'll take you through the whole sales process so you don't have to be bounced around". I was thinking I'd go with a Ford, but Nick worked out a deal for me that just plain worked, so I ended up buying a new Nissan from them. Maybe I got lucky, don't know. But it was a pretty smooth process for me. Finding a brand new vehicle is difficult these days, but he had a few on the lot...and I took one home.

Worst service experience ever unknowledgeable staff rude and damage my vehicle on multiple occasions all while being unapologetic
