Totally frustrated!!, 4 months in new home and they still can't find my street after repeated calls for a regular weekly delivery! I have spoken to drivers, shippers and customer support (when I can get one)South Burlington keeps changing my address and rerouting the package back to my old address which is out of state!

TWO misdelivered items over three days. Have to jump thru hoops and waste time to be refunded for purchases I never received.You should probably be giving your drivers a MAP so they deliver to the right TOWN.

Package says delivered, not delivered. They want you to set up case number, guy couldn't find case number. If the package wasn't delivered why mark it as delivered. By far the worst experience with FedEx ever, if I could give 0 stars I would.
