We were there in October. When we arrived, the bed was not made and the room was not really clean. There were long brown hairs in and around the bathtub (I am blonde) and .... We complained, got the invitation for a breakfast and the promise that the room would be cleaned. The staff at the reception was very nice, but...Well...nothing happened.
Next to that we got a room at the very far end of the hotel...no elevator and no view. This is NOT what we paid for and definitely not a hotel that earns the name Hilton.
Rooms: Old carpet, curtain in the bathtub, no view . You see the roof of a building next door, the air condition was so loud that we had to turn it off
Food and drinks: Breakfast was really great and staff very nice
Noteworthy details: Guests were treated differently. If you are a member, you will get a nice room. But...this way you won't get any new members.

One room for $400. The bathroom air vent was rusty and full of dust. The entry room door jams on 1st floor were not clean. The rooms window faced the indoor pool which was noisy and next to gym. The room was dark and dated. I expected more for the outrageous price, so I asked front desk if we could have complimentary breakfast which other rooms do get. Manager said no. I am a Hilton Honors member so I was shocked to be rejected.

I never got my points I'm a diamond member I stayed in the service quarters it smelled bad food service great accept the harassment about my points I believe the manager was sleeping with TLC employees why they with held points I would stay here ever again awful now I stay at the Marriott much nicer

Stay was fine. The t.v. barely worked and they don't offer complimentary breakfast. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

RUN AWAY. I can’t believe they have the audacity to charge $500 for a room that was not cleaned and is in disrepair. Before I get into it, let me first start off by saying I spent $500 for a room with 2 double beds and “no frills”. This room had paint chipping off of the ceiling, the bottom bed sheet that is between the person and the mattress was not tucked in, and there was hair in the shower. There’s more, but that’s the top 3. Double Tree used to be great, but after this time I think I’d rather save my money and stay at a holiday inn, it’s the same (probably not better quality) as this place.

We came for the Anjme-Fest! The employees were just wonderful, very happy and so helpful! A,big shout out to Molly, in The Atrium! You can tell when a person enjoys their job! She was awesome!

I can't say enough good things about my short stay at this Doubletree Hotel. Check in was polite friendly complete, check out was the same. The hotel overall looked great and my room and bed were actually perfect. The cookies at night and coffee in the morning were excellent. I had an early flight out of BTV the next morning so I did not stay long.

Rooms are outdated and really dark. One of the biggest complaints is having to use stairs and drag your bags up them. There is supposedly an elevator but it is way out of the way from some rooms. It seems like a hodgepodge of buildings put together to make a hotel.
The usually gooey chocolate chip cookies were served room temperature and hard as a rock. The hotel bar had a sewage like smell to it. Definitely wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The food beverage credit wasn’t automatically applied to my bill and I had to call twice to get it applied.

Here for training, such a nice hotel, staff is very friendly, tavern food is delicious!
Rooms: Very comfortable and clean.
Nearby activities: Near restaurants and shopping.
Food and drinks: The tavern in the hotel is great!!

Liked the opportunity to have recycling ability within the rooms. Concienceous of them. Very welcoming place.

The location couldn’t be better! It was close to the highway for day trips and close to downtown for all the shops, restaurants, and walks along the lake.
The atrium is beautiful and the restaurants were good.
Our room was clean and spacious.
Rooms: The rooms were clean but could probably use a deep clean of the corners and behind the furniture.
Safety: We felt completely safe in the hotel.
Walkability: It is walkable to chain stores but not really walkable to any local attractions or restaurants.
Food and drinks: The breakfast options were good! They had an a la carte menu and a buffet option. The other restaurant is open for dinner only.
