A pretty quick stop at CVS at 1 Dorset St to find a rubber replacement cane tip. I had to look around for a bit and found the equipment in the back aisle, they have a lot of various products available there, more than I expected.

Unfortunately after years of being a loyal CVS customer in multiple cities and states, our experience with the CVS on Dorset Street has led to us changing pharmacies. When there was a shortage of a medication that my child needed for an acute illness and the prescription could not be filled at our preferred CVS or another one close by we were told to try another pharmacy but it was my responsibility to call other pharmacies to see if they had the medication in stock. When I brought this to thier employees attention, I was told that they couldn’t be the ones calling other pharmacies to see what was in stock because they had things to do and patients to care for. The customer service was subpar and frankly we will never use CVS for our prescriptions again. It is unacceptable to tell the parent of a sick child (or any patient needing a medication) that they need to be the ones calling around town to find a pharmacy who has the necessary medication in stock to fill a prescription. When did this become the consumer’s responsibility?

Don't wear a hoodie and sweatpants into this store because they will accuse of shoplifting and call you a crackhead. This young woman who works there asked me to take the makeup pallet out of my pocket, so I reached into my pocket to show her my iPhone 13 pro max. I was very confused, so i emptied all my pockets for her. She then proceeded to tell me I looked like a lady who frequently shops there that is a crackhead. There is enough wrong with our society, especially for our homeless population with addiction issues, yet this woman decided it was okay to us harmful language. I am appalled by her behavior. I clearly had items in my hands. She then began to tell me how this woman smells, and I immediately smelled myself, which I smelled like Burberry perfume. The whole interaction was absolutely atrocious because my cell phone was in my pocket from before I entered the store, so I never made a movement that would like I was putting anything in my pockets. Do better CVS.

Just called to ask questions about my prescription to see if they could tell me if it would be covered prior to the deductible being met for my particular insurance, as apparently some medications are. They could not give me that information, which I completely understand, but the person was extremely curt. Interrupted me repeatedly to robotically tell me he could not answer my question, could only provide me with the cash price. When I started to ask another question, he interrupted me again with his robotic sentence, sighed heavily ,and was generally unbelievably obnoxious. I have always found CVS pharmacists to be very helpful in other states. Not this pharmacy!

Went there for 3 passport photos. They came out a bit blurry and I asked if that was going to be an issue and the clerk said "It says that they pass all the standards, it should be fine" and didn't offer to retake. All 3 were rejected. Please train your associates better, this has caused a huge problem for us.

Not only have l always been impressed with the far-ranging variety of items in the South Burlington CVS, but l recently was so appreciative of the CVS Store Manager exchanging Foster Grant glasses that had broken in less than a week ($39.00) of purchase for a brand new pair of reading glasses..The circumstances were such that the glasses were worn within normal limits ; however, suddenly the stem of the plastic glasses snapped off ! I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!!The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . She walked me to the eye glass section and offered an exchange. I was delighted. What great customer relations care. I highly recommend CVS in South Burlington for its professionalism and its huge variety!CVS , you are best !!

Very rude pharmacist! I can’t believe how they are talking on the phone trying to ask simple questions. Refusing to help even though I had all the info they needed. Shame
