The reason for 5 Stars is based solely on in store customer service. Walked in last night, was upfront about what was needed and wanted. Connor could get along with anyone, he's great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience as quick and enjoyable as possible. Gabe was very knowledgeable, laid back and easy going. Based on my experience if you're interested in Cricket, I definitely recommend this location.

Arrived at my Cricket home store in South Burlington, Vermont completely frazzled with a brand new phone - with SIM card issues - which made it an expensive NON working new phone! Fortunately for me, an employee named Gabe was behind the counter. While I was explaining the situation, Gabe was already in action fixing it! He was beyond knowledgeable, professional and efficient - the answer to my prayers!! I left mere minutes later - a VERY happy and satisfied customer!! Thank you Gabe! (Cricket - give Gabe a raise!)

Great customer service! I worked with Connor and he was an incredible help!!! I lost my phone and he, along with another very helpful co-worker were able to help me restore/set-up my new phone!!! This South Burlington location is a perfect example of what customer service is all about!!! Knowing how important phones are these days, Connor and his co-worker (great help, too), made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving their store!!! Thank you for your help!!!

Conner was amazing!I had an issue with having my old iPhone that had a sim trying to switch to the new iPhone that has eSIM. He jumped right on it as we came in the store and greeted us with a smile on his face. I was super frustrated with not knowing how do it myself ,and he helped me through it! He was very patient - Thank you so much Conner!

I want to leave this review because Gabe was fantastic and his boss Edwin too. They were able to give me the new phone all set up with all my data and pictures and everything that I had lost when my husband threw me into the lake. Just kidding!

J’ai acheté un iPhone payé cash. 4 mois après j’ai appelé pour débloquer mon tel car je voulais changer de compagnie. Ils me refusent car selon eux je dois avoir 6 mois avec eux pour changer même si c’est mon téléphone. Chose qu’ils ont oublié de me dire quand j’ai acheté le téléphone et qui n’est mentionné nullement dans mon contrat. Ce sont des voleurs!!!
