Biggest complaint was the constant phone calls and texts reminding me of my appointment..... including the day after I purchased my vehicle.
Tim and Tyler worked hard to make the numbers work and I drove home in "a nicer, newer car".
***EDIT*** 10 DAYS LATER, MY TRADE-IN HAS STILL NOT BEEN PAID OFF, FORCING ME TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON A VEHICLE I DON'T HAVE. ***

The sales staff are awsome and i got a 2018 mirage through them and went beyond to get me the car and with the help in sales with rose Antonio and Tim Bedard I was able to trade the mirage in for a 2024 outlander sport and I love it and thank ? you and anyone else that is looking to get a new car or a new suv I highly recommend burlington mitsubishi.

I love supporting an independently owned dealership, and Tim is the best!!! This is the third car I've purchased from Burlington Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier! Tim worked very diligently to make sure everything worked out with existing financing on my trade, and in saving my family thousands of dollars in the process. Gus, in sales, is also super personable and helpful with ensuring follow ups on minor repairs done on my purchased vehicle. They do what it takes in getting you into the car that you want and making sure that you're not simply forgotten after the sale goes through. You guys rock, THANK YOU!!!!!

I have never in my life been treated like family as I have with this business! We were treated as if we had known them for years, and left that day with bran new vehicle. I mean we drove away with less than 10 miles on the SUV (hehe). To say we are impressed is an understatement, never go anywhere else, and never give up hope, that is two of the things they taught us!

Watch out they are super nice but that is just a facade. They basically scammed me, don't don't even have the car a month before the wheel bearing went, and my exhaust falls off. Then tried telling me it's gonna be $700 dollars to fix a single wheel bearing. Watch out they say one thing and do another. I do appreciate they did try hard to get me into a vehicle. Seeing as this was my first vehicle didn't know what I was doing and they never explained some stuff.

I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle! They care about what works for you and passionate about what they do. No matter how many questions you may have, they answer with kindness and a smile on their face. They washed my car and my old floor mats from other car so my new car wouldn't get dirty. Its the little things! Thank you so much Tyler and Tim for making everything work for me and my family. We love our new 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross!!!
