Burlington Glass was the firm assigned by the original supplier to replace a failed pane of glass in my house that was still under warranty. They did a very professional job - I will call them in the future for any other required work.

It is rare today to find a company that actually follows through with their promises. Not only did the 2 young men from Burlington Glass show up at the time and date promised they also were extremely professional. I was impressed, that is no easy feat! I highly recommend Burlington Glass for any repairs you have. They replaced 9 windows for me in my condo with zero issues.

Recently had a window glass installed in my Auto. During install the technician damaged an electrical wire that affected the raising/lowering of the window. Molly and the technician explained their error and took full responsibility with Molly immediately speaking with my auto dealership to explain, schedule, and assume payment responsibility for wire harness repair. I then found that window needed a slight adjustment to assure proper closure. Again, BGC immediately requested I bring in to shop and I was satisfied completely within 24 hrs.
My take on this: Human error is a fact of life, how you respond to it tells all. Molly and the BGC spent no time attempting to deflect blame, instead were most proactive in fixing the error/problem. It was great to be on receiving end of a customer oriented approach to business carried out by a team of Pros!!!

This is the only auto glass company I trust in the area! They have serviced four different vehicles with five windshield replacements, and every time; I'm greeted by a friendly, professional staff who genuinely care. They always go out of their way to provide exceptional service. When a large rock from a tire smashed my 2023 Tacoma's windshield on the interstate, I immediately called them. Although there were initial issues with the replacement windshield being chipped, they quickly worked out a deal to get an OEM windshield from the dealer and completed the entire replacement an hour before I expected it to be ready! I wholeheartedly recommend this company and have been a loyal customer for over 8 years!
