This is an exceptional hardware store that is located on 1961 Williston Road in South Burlington. Ever single time l go to Ace Hardware , l have a "Do-lt -Yourself" project to do - and invariably, the manager(s) give me direction in terms of materials and instruction. How unbelievable is that ?!!! This is a fabulous store with such a helpful and smart staff , thank you , Chad and managers. You are the BEST! Thank you !

I went in to purchase some cotter pins for a grocery cart. While I was there I was received by a young man named Chad. Chad assisted me in my purchase and reassembled what I had done in error. This is the kind of service that seems to have vanished in recent times. I honestly can not thank Ace Hardware and their employee enough. Super employee!

I could not get the cover off my EGO battery powered trimmer to put more wire on it. Chad at Ace Hardware in South Burlington spent a lot of time working on this problem while I watched him reading my operators manual and also using his personal mobile phone trying to make sure he could get it alright. He did it all! My trimmer is in good shape now! Thanks Chad and everyone else who works there because I always can get help there if I need it.

It was 100 degrees today and Steve delivered my assembled grill and hauled away my old one. He kept me up to date on the delivery and was extremely kind and courteous.

Steve and Candace were super helpful. Steve literally got down on the ground in the parking lot to help get a bolt off my license plate for comparison so I could buy new ones. I didn’t see the entire store but it’s huge.

Very awesome store that a lot of cool stuff in there stuff I haven't seen in any other hardware stores would offer the store over any other hardware store I will be going back there soon

Nice store to shop .have good prices . an some surprises .on deals .i buy things there don't need to go to a big store .Good place for nuts an bolts ..i found grass seed there in summer great price ..I liked when they gave free popcorn an sold baby chicks .they don't anymore .thats fine. .Good store .
