I purchased a vintage guitar from California. They shipped super fast and packed the guitar incredibly well. Ben went above and beyond great customer service! I will certainly shop from them again!

Great store, worth a drive to even if your 4 hours away (I did!). The great thing about the shop is that they have great vintage and new guitars/amps plus they manufacture the excellent Iris and Fairbanks guitars on site (try them out when you visit!). If you purchase a vintage instrument like I did, they have the on-site talent to make it shine, so you can be confident you're getting a good one. The staff is very knowledgeable and great folks. Check it out!

This is a candy shop for guitar/amp heads of all levels of playing. The staff truly care about their local customers and building relationships with them. With so much gear out there, it can really be overwhelming with understanding what everything is and what it can do. However, the staff at B&B’s are so patient and welcoming in order to best share their knowledge and expertise. Store front manager Derin, is always so friendly, not just in the shop, but even when I occasionally run into him out in public downtown. He was very kind to teach me how to restring my guitar properly and hook me up to a really cool amp that i would normally not get to play with; just to noodle it out. It’s so fun to learn, and playing guitar is a therapeutic activity that is highly embraced and enjoyed by all the professionals here. Thank you!

What a great place. Go learn what a Luthier does, and how. Just walking in is an education in and of itself. The artwork on the wall exudes true craftsmanship, and in a lot of cases, history. I had to run out of there before I became the owner of a 1964 Gibson Melody Maker. I am a touch nostalgic for the year 1964.Ben was very generous with his time, and patient with my questions. I think he knows I will be back.

Incredible shop and staff. The inventory here is brilliantly curated, and the staff are super knowledgeable / friendly.Luthier skills are ON POINT! Brought in my Gibson SG Standard for a headstock repair. They were able to patch it up like new in no time - seriously, can not even see the seam from the break, and the finish is perfect.6 starsShop hereFor real

This is my new go-to shop for guitar work. I had a Fender Mustang that was having tuning issues that I couldn't figure out. I brought it in and they fixed the nut slots and turned it around in less than a week. I would definitely recommend these guys for any kind of guitar setup work. The show room is pretty awesome too.

The shop was preparing for it's official opening when I visited. Ben was very welcoming and in the few minutes I spent there I could tell he has a deep understanding of new and vintage guitars both acoustic and electric. His association with Iris, Circle Strings and Fairbanks Guitars is going to be a major draw to the shop. I hope they are wildly successful and I look forward to shopping there often!

B&B’s is by far the best guitar shop in the area. You are treated incredibly well and the customer service is amazing.
