“After I was rear-ended, I connected with Autobahn to fix the damage to the bumper, muffler, and exhaust. Scheduling my appointment was quick and painless, and the staff was cordial and understanding. When I brought my vehicle to the shop, the process of getting it back was seamless, taking only a couple of days. However, after a few days, I noticed my muffler was making an odd noise, similar to a rusted-out Dodge Neon from my high school days. I decided to give them a call to see if there was anything they could do to resolve the noise issue. They contacted Goss, replaced the defective part, and returned my vehicle to me within one business day. Hopefully, I don't get rear-ended again, but if I do, I would happily return.”
“We had a really great experience at Many's. The owners and the technicians were great. They helped us with one issue for free and helped us find a cheaper alternative for the body work that needed to be done (ie: sourcing a used part over a new one and talking through pros and cons). Their invoicing is also really transparent as are their quotes.
Moreover, they helped me find an Air Tag that was placed on my vehicle without my knowledge. My phone alerted me that an unknown Air Tag was following me. We personally searched the entire vehicle and the undercarriage high and low. We also had our mechanics search the vehicle's undercarriage and they couldn't find anything. We took it to Many's and told them to do whatever they needed to do to find it. The tech ended up finding the Air Tag that was bagged, duct taped, muted, and concealed in the undercarriage. We are so grateful to Many's for being able to find this and put us at ease, at least knowing it wasn't on the vehicle anymore.
Overall, great experience and I would recommend anyone to them. Yes, it took a while for the body work parts to come in and for the labor but that's anywhere. That's also the nature of any service industry like this so to me I don't see it as a con, I just see it as the nature of the business. Whenever I wanted to check up on the status I just called the office and they pleasantly gave me an update.”

Michael Stock is a friendly and no BS sales person. Answered my questions but no other pressure. They delivered the car on time. Fully prepped with all necessary repairs and meticulously detailed. And no high pressure upsell attempts from the finance manager. Just covered my options in a helpful discussion. Respected my decision and even gave a couple more days to think about it. “I needed a Yakima roof rack for my new VW ID4 for a very last minute trip. The product knowledge of the staff, and the overall customer service and the communication was top notch. They knew exactly what would work and explained the two options clearly. I placed the order, while knowing that one part was out of stock and wouldn't arrive in time for my trip. (The part wasn't in stock everywhere, including at Yakima.) Somehow the Rack Warehouse guys pulled off some magic and a part was found and arrived in 2 days, in plenty of time for my trip. “This was a great experience working with Kevin and Zach at Key Motors Burlington. We are 3 hours away and the truck we wanted seems to be a hot seller at the moment. They were extremely patient until we could get up there and not pushy salesmen in the least bit. The paperwork once we got approved seemed to take a bit, roughly 2 hours, perhaps that's how long it takes. Certainly not enough to take away a star! Can't beat driving through the Green Mountains to get there.
