A 3 week wait for the worst service ever. We paid thousands of dollars for an extended warranty when we purchased our new Audi, and the thought of having to continue to deal with this service department for the duration of the warranty, makes me want to just trade it in.

Customer service and communication is extremely lacking- unless your car is under warranty find another place to get the work done, The service advisers are misleading, they over promise and do not deliver on anything. A very poor representative of the Shearer Group, very disappointing
