They did an excellent job resizing an old gemstone ring that was too tight for me to painlessly put on and take off the finger on which I now wanted to wear it. A jeweler closer to me who earlier had replaced two of the stones hadn't wanted to touch it. Collette Arnold was knowledgeable and professional.
