• Store: Lots of teddy bears for kids to look at. Relatively expensive.
• Other: Outdoor scenery to take pictures. Large teddy bear to pose with.

Poor customer service. Unable to order personalized item for months. Was promised a notification when item became available. Notification did not occur. Checked back was told that the item finally be available, unfortunately I would be unable to receive it in time. Thats OK because they said that they were “sorry”.
I was able to obtain a similar item about 10 years ago with a simple phone call and the item was in my hands in 3 days. Apparently their “system has changed”.
I like the old way better

Had a wonderful time visiting the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory with the family. The tour was cute and informative!

We loved it. Very informative and fun tour. I really had no idea how much time and love put into these bears. I understand the cost of them now. My daughter loved it. You can make your own bear or visit the gift shop. Not a huge place but worth a stop. If you go during the work week you can actually see them making bears.
Tours are cheap too.

A cool place to visit for adults and definitely kids. There's a lot of parking. You can purchase walk-in tour tickets and of course, a new bear friend. I learned so much about their bear producing factory.

People lie about shipping don't get anything past standard shipping you won't receive it on time
Edit: so you're going to get it to me today? I paid Friday for 2-4 day shipping, the label was made Friday and I won't receive it till Friday so how does that work? It's Thursday

The tour was nice and the staff was nice. However, they went on about how all the animals were made there on site by hand, that is why they were so expensive. We bought a small animal that was supposed to be a lower price, according to the sign, but we were charged over $40 dollars for a mini animal. Then we come to find that it was made in China. We discussed going back and returning the animal.

After shipping my Bear to the wrong address I was informed I could drive an hour and a half to get it or purchase another teddy bear and wait weeks for a refund. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because the rep at least emailed me in a timely fashion.
Matching a city to a ZIP Code is online shipping 101 and I am now going to try and find another company to use to Send gifts to others.
