I am a return customer of The Automaster-Honda---the customer service was one of my reasons for heading back. I mean, love my Honda's too---but any time I have to head in for a routine maintenance or get a question answered, the service is always accommodating. Christian and his team definitely made the buying process very professional and painless, and Reed, thanks for tip on "cabintalk" in my new Pilot---such a fun feature(not sure my kids would agree though lol). In general Automaster is great, but I had to take one star for an issue today. I had an appt scheduled a month in advance, I arrive and they did not have the part. I understand supply issues, but someone should be checking the schedule, ensure you have what you need, and if you don't have the part, just give me a call. Simple.
The most bothersome part is I never got a simple apology. Just a "sorry, we messed up a bit, we'll do better" probably would have been enough for me. But the rep acted like it was my job to ensure they have their parts available. That is not how customer service works, I don't have time for that.
For now, I will go a bit farther to see if another dealer works a bit better.
Update 1-2 yrs after... , still have not gone back and I have 2 hondas and I am looking for another car too. this kind of service experience leaves long lasting impressions.

After narrowing my options to Accord Hybrid and one other car, repeated dealer conversations, multiple test drives I finally chose the Accord. Throughout the process Adam H was friendly, attentive, responsive, accommodating, professional, informative. Our conversations were without pressure as I eventually recognized the right choice. I’ve already recommended Automaster and Adam.

Our (John/Gay Butts) new car purchase (2024 Honda Civic LX) through the Automaster was a smooth and uncomplicated process. Chris Brown, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. When the sale was complete, we left with more than a new car. We know that the Automaster and staff will help keep us safe on the road for years to come.

I have bought several cars in my driving life, but I've never before found car buying to be a pleasurable experience. My recent purchase of a Honda Ciivic from Adam was completely different from my past experiences. He listened--really listened-- to my needs, talked with me in a respectful, problem-solving manner, showed me several vehicles he thought might meet my needs, and did it all in a pleasant, kind, knowledgable manner. As a salesperson, I found him to be simply super. Other personnel were fine as well. It was an altogether good experience. Good for you, Automaster for hiring such a great staff!
