I use to shop here regularly because it was on my route. I was willing to pay the small added prices because of convenience. The price gouging is extreme and completely obscene. This is a neighborhood store with prices one expects to find in New York City where food is brought in from afar. It makes me question who profits from these extremes; the farmers who pick the lettuce? I doubt it since 5 miles away the same lettuce is half the price. I will drive the distance rather than supporting such greed.

I live around an hour away but still go here to find products I cannot find elsewhere. I can get Maltex hot cereal and now they have coffee roasted in Charlotte that is certified BIRD FRIENDLY! Many other items but those are special.

It's a nice local market. It's a small business. They have less natural selection than I would like, but they have a lot of handmade and local foods and crafts. I ordered a sandwich. They have a Boar's Head bar, and the sandwich looked good. They have a lot of very unhealthy foods, but they have some good health foods and a lot of meat.Welcoming staff, not too talkative, but nice staff overall. I think it was pretty good.

A small market in a small mall area. We stopped in to buy drinks and sandwiches for a quick lunch. The store is a bit crowded with small aisles but they pack a lot into the small space. Some nice barbeque was being prepared in the deli area but we didn't have time to stand in line for that, sadly.

Great local market, with an amazing variety of items, delicious deli sandwiches and the occasional sale or special that compares price-wise to the larger stores. The prices, in general, are expectedly higher than at a grocery chain, since it cannot buy the same quantities; but I try to support it when I can, because it’s an asset to the community.

Great market, small but always seems to have what I'm looking for. There's a nice deli counter in the back corner with some premade sandwiches and a nice selection of prepackaged desserts (cake slices, petite fours, etc.) plus more handmade stuff near the door, including the Douglas Sweets shortbread cookies from down the street. The only reasons I mark it down is because it can be a little pricy and the check out staff always seem to be disinterested/disengaged.

Needed a little grease in the hubs of my tow dolly. Took less then 5 minutes and the owner charged $25.00, I could have bought 3 tunes for grease for that. Sad!

I’d post a picture if I didn’t scarf it down like a wolf in five minutes but I’d just like to give major props to their deli and prepared food section. Today I got sweet chili salmon and it was absolutely busting. 10/10 would go and eat again - try and go on Thursday’s to get amazing and unique buttermilk fried chicken.

Small fancy grocery store. Nice selection of basic grocery store items, lots of organic items. Lots of nice baked goods, very good artisan bread selection. Helpful butcher. Expensive.

Let’s talk about cleanliness and produce freshness!!! I was shopping today 2/24/23 at Shelburne Market and the store was clean, the produce was fresh and I met a young man named Patrick who was stalking and maintaining fresh produce. He was an absolute delightful young man who cares about his job. He went through every piece of green, red, yellow and orange peppers to ensure tot customer satisfaction!!! If I can rate him he is. 20 out of a 10!!!! He is such a great asset to Shelburne Market. Keep up the great work Patrick, and I will be back due to you!

Patrick who works in Produce is a great asset to your establishment! He is very kind, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful! He made my shopping experience very pleasant! He said he just started a couple weeks ago. Produce was very fresh and very clean! Keep up the Great Work Patrick!!!
