“Definitely a must visit for anyone on vacation with their pup. Great selection of collars and leashes, among many other things. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the best part was a cheat sheet they gave us for pet friendly spots in the area, worth the visit for that alone!”

“We left our dogs, Zelda and Vincent, for 12 days recently when we went on a trip to Ireland. Periodically, PDP would send us reports with photos, and it made us feel so much better knowing they were having a good time with the other dogs there. These people know dogs, and they will tailor socializing and play to your dog's needs. The personalization is worth the expense. When we returned, our dogs were excited to see us and not traumatized by our absence. They were also appropriately exhausted!”
“Oh I was just asking about local places where my cat could get her shots next month. I did get a couple of good tips. I didn't know animals that go there after the passing of the owners don't get put to sleep”

“In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.”

“I've been to petco a billion times, but today 5/17/24 I went in around noon, I didn't get the name of the guy who was stocking shelves in the back near the cat food, but he was the most helpful employee I've met at any store ever! He helped me find everything I needed. He was knowledgeable about products, and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for. I also witnessed him being incredibly helpful to an older couple. I'm writing a review today specifically for him! Thank you for your help, I hope the company sees how valuable you are! ?”
