Absolutely the BEST service experience I have EVER had!! Rich and Ryan were so incredible to work with -- so kind, courteous, caring & professional right from the start. Rich was warm & patient from the moment the conversation began. And I truly cannot thank Ryan enough for the amount of effort put in on the car we brought in for service. Just WOW...consider me blown away. My only wish was that the location was closer so that I could take all our vehicles there for service on the regular. You guys are AMAZING!!!

Brought my mini in for service work. I had a list of 4 things for them to do. They had the car for a week and a half or more, and when I returned to get it they had not done any of the things I had requested, just confirmed that they needed to be done. This is not service. This is robbery. I will never use this dealership again.

I seriously doubt that you tried multiple times to reach my by either text or phone. I got no messages, no voicemails. I called you back and were told it was ready. READY. Not just the same as it was. And requesting that the work be done isn't enough to authorize work? And this was not made clear when I dropped it off, not when I picked it up. Pathetic.

The mini of burlington let me take a few minis on test drives. I was very happy with my experience! They helped narrow down what kind of car I was looking for.

The guys in service are always friendly and knowledgeable and don't treat me like other places have because I'm a woman. They've given me loaners that were fun to drive! I'm a proud owner of a mini, and will continue bringing them my business.

The best dealership experience we've ever had. We were in a pickle with a blown out runflat and a slightly bent wheel thanks to Montpelier. We live out of state and were visiting for the long weekend. The Mini service team was so friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to get us in for a new tire asap. Thanks to them we were able to make it home safely. And not only all that but they made our day ever better with some awesome hats! I wish every dealership was like that, big thanks to Mini of Burlington!

Original review, 2013:Bought my first car from MINI of Burlington in February, and I couldn't have imagined a better experience. They let me take my time, walked me through all the details of the process, and even offered to add bonnet stripes to the car I wanted (rather than make me wait for a similar model to be brought up from another dealer). They gave me more than fair trade-in on my hyundai clunker, too. When it came to signing the paperwork, it felt like joining a family (even AFTER having made the down-payment). I will absolutely return here for future car purchases.As for service, I've brought my MINI up for twice for little picky things (wiper blade on the passenger side not clearing totally, tire pressure sensor coming on), and both times I was impressed with the speed and quality of their service. They're often very busy, so scheduling ahead is a must. Each time I went in, they washed my car and vacuumed the floor mats before I left.Edit, after 2022 Purchase:Just wanted to update to say that I eventually went back to lease in 2016, then bought a used ClubVan out of state in 2018. While the sales experience in 2016 was decidedly less exciting than my first time around, they’ve always been honest and fair for me. I do miss the rally spirit of the brand’s initial re-launch two decades ago.When I finally decided to custom order a brand new convertible in February 2022, MINI of Burlington was ready. I had admittedly done a ton of research, so my Motoring Advisor didn’t have to tell me much, but they were responsive, clear, and quite honest about the wait time and ordering process. They communicated adequately throughout the waiting period.I picked up my baby in June, and could not be happier. Thank you, MINI of Burlington for your years of consistent service. I will be back again for sure!

These guys are lifesavers and friendly as hell. This review is about half a year overdue, but still necessary. I was up in B-town with my wife for a nice mini vacation. Literally, lol. But while in town, my r60 Countryman ran into the trusty thermostat failure and the fan would NEVER turn off- leading to 2 drained battery nights. We called these guys up, and not more than 5 hours later the thermostat was replaced, free of charge under warranty, without a question asked. AND they gave my exterior a quick wash. TRUE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Thank you all, again.

We recently purchased 2023 Mini Clubman. I cannot say enough positive things about this whole experience. When we first walked in the dealership... the place was spotless including the bathrooms. We were greeted warmly by Liam. He gave us great respect and his undivided attention. Answered all of our questions and we test drove several cars. Adam ( sales manager) very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. He answered all our millions of questions. We were not pressured in any way to purchase or lease. When our decision was made & we talked to Dave ( the finance guy) we were again amazed at how awesome he was too! Liam spent lots of time ( on his day off) to review all the features of our new car. Pairing our phones, setting memory seats & how everything worked. They also advised if we add any questions or needed help with anything else to stop by. WOW! JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you very much Liam, Adam & David! Kudos to you all!
