Roger absolutely saved the day and came out right away to help me fix my washer/dryer combo even though it is a brand he doesn't typically service. I am going out of town and was in a real pickle trying to figure out what to do and couldn't get ahold of any other repair companies. I would highly recommend calling Marcotte. They are amazing!

Excellent experience with Marriott’s appliances. They answered my initial phone call away, came the same day. Was thorough, gracious and helpful. Kept me informed as he waited for a part to in and then prompted scheduled follow up to install and complete the repair. We are grateful for the excellent service!

They came to service my dryer. However they could not find the problem. So I got bored and fixed it myself. Called back to let them to know what the problem was that was stumping the tech. Lady on the phone asked me why the **** would I call them if I could fix it. I told her that I was busy, and I wanted to support a local business. So they hung up and ver reciever a bill from them. In short, they failed to diagnose a bad thermostat - this is a part you can test if it works by checking continuity of the part using a $5 multimeter. Part it's self was $5 bucks.

our 5 year old fridge was not keeping temp...Marcotte's had always been on the spot helpful with our appliances previously...I will admit I did not purchase the GE fridge from them, and the vendor we purchased from is gone..I called Marcotte's, Lorraine, I believe, walked me through a troubleshoot on the phone, didnt work, and Roger was there at 8:30 the next morning...replaced the failed component in about 5 minutes..great work and super response...!! BTW...I have learned my lesson....shop local!!

I didn't actually need to use Marcotte Appliance because they talked me through the problem on the phone (for free). Also, I called after hours and they called me back very early in the morning.

It couldn't be that you're a total douche that they've tried everything that they could to help but still you're too blinded by your own stupidity to see that it was YOU that broke your appliance and want them to just keep fixing it over and over again until you finally learn how to f***ing install it without breaking it? Well, your argument sounds kinda fishy. I'd trust these appliance PROFESSIONALS before I'd take advice from someone with your haircut. lol Eric BTW, someone came around looking for you; his name was Charles Darwin. lol P.S. We received horrible service when an appliance we bought was defective and was under warranty and they didn't want to honor the warranty because they accused us of something that was completely false. I would never want to do business with Marcotte or GE ever again.
