Not only is my leather sectional absolutely breathtaking but the level of service I received from start to finish was incredible! I was treated as a valuable client from the minute I walked in. The consultation was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable and no pressure at all. I bought a floor model and the designers pulled it all apart for us to inspect thoroughly without any hesitation in fact they suggested it. Then when I was struggling with scheduling conflicts for delivery they offered to come to my home to meet the movers. They sent the sweetest pics and message when it was in place.I have bought so much furniture over the years but will never go anywhere other than Ethan Allen after this experience.

I love everything about the brand! Most of my furniture and art are Ethan Allen. Very high end quality and stylish at the same time conservative design. Ethan Allen designers did and do professional and amazing job to make my house to feel like home , our favorite place in the world.

Designer was great. Need better communication and common sense with delivery drivers. I was originally dropped of the wrong thing. When I said that it didn’t look like what I ordered he did not do a check to be sure to take it back. I had to call the design store to handle it after he left. Seems like this could have been resolved without the piece being left if listened to the customer.

Why not 5? Because I had to wait so long for my order, which was totally out of the local stores control, but it was a long time to go without a table, about 4 months. But the quality of my table and new chairs is great and I had only good service and caring from the local store. I would definitely but from them again.

Love my new couch, was worth the long wait. Delivery was as stated and the two men who carried it in the house kindly moved our old couch out onto our porch.

I had a wonderful experience designing my family room via email with a Arielle C., a designer with Ethan Allen. I gave her my dimensions of my room and she sent different layouts with different pieces, plus pictures of leathers and fabrics. Together we made my room look amazing! I will be using her, and Ethan Allen again, when I start my next room!

We are so pleased with our Ethan Allen purchase. Having had Ethan Allen as a child, I am so pleased to see the quality hasn’t changed.I would also like to say that the delivery team came from Danbury, Ct to Vermont for our delivery. I have never had such a great experience. Kind, respectful, and so careful! It is a hard job and believe they should receive credit for a job well done.

Beautiful high quality furniture! We had design help from Arielle at Ethan Allen in Shelburne, VT. We started with a drab room and ended up with a beautiful space! Arielle was able to put together a design concept that fit our taste and budget. She has great vision and her feedback is on point and quick. We look forward to designing more rooms with Arielle's assistance.
