I bought a pair of Carolina work boots from here exactly a month ago. I was looking for redwings but they had very little selection and i was desperate as my old pair was falling apart
The lady who helped was very nice, but I had asked her for a nice pair of soft toe waterproof work boots and asked her what she recommended. She brought me a pair of carolina loggers and they were comfortable so I pulled the trigger and left. After I had worn them for a few hours I realized they were steel toe. Oh well, a little safety in my line of work can't hurt I figured. Today, I was working in light rain for a few hours and about 10 minutes in I could feel water pooling around my feet. By noon I had dumped water out a couple times and had to wear wet boots for the rest of the day. $150 down the drain as I need a pair of boots that will actually keep my feet dry. Do not trust the employees to actually know what they're selling here apparently..

This place is beyond a shoe store…the people who work here are so knowledgeable ….it’s practically like having a podiatrist helping you buy shoes! I’ll never go anywhere else at this point….

The service is comparable to shoe stores of the past, but something that you rarely find today. Exceptional, caring, proficient and helpful customer service. Tim made our shopping experience so pleasant. Large inventory and attractive displays. Will definitely return.

Our family has been shopping at the Danform Shoes store in Shelburne for years. Their shoe and boot selection is extensive and the sales staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Recently, we went to buy hiking shoes for our daughter who has challenging feet to fit. Carroll, the salesperson who helped us, with his skills in shoe fitting, was instrumental in finding the proper hiking shoes to fit her. We truly appreciate his expertise.

These boots with retractable ice cleats fit fabulously! They have really changed my life! Whereas I used to be scared and apprehensive every time I had to go walking across the parking lot from my car across snow-covered or icy roads - I was terrified! Now I have a level of confidence and freedom from fear that I never had before so thank you! These boots are amazing! Not only have they improved my life as far as safety is concerned, I get remarks about how stylish they are all the time! And the customer service was amazing. I had an issue regarding the delivery of my boots and I placed a phone call and received a call back the very same day. Customer service for this company rocks! These boots are also completely waterproof! I walked through a mud puddle 5 inches deep and I did not get wet feet! I really am amazed with these boots!

Helpful staff and a nice selection! I think I'm done with the ordeal of ordering/returning shoes online in batches...sometimes it's nicer to do things the old school way :)

We stopped in to look for running shoes for our daughter. We were greeted when we walked in the door. We looked around and I had to make eye contact with someone to signal we needed help. Tim came over and was very knowledgeable with the type of shoe we were looking for. He gave us great guidance and we left with a happy kiddo with new runner's!

This store and their store in Colchester have extremely knowledgeable staff. I accompanied a Lady friend with foot issues that had a prescription for a new pair of specialized sneakers with a % coupon. The gentleman that we dealt with was so kind and helpful to my friend...the sneakers weren't cheap, but right away she was in relief with them on her feet. Thank you Danform Shoes. I highly recommend

The customer service is 10/10 however the person helping me said my shoe size was 2 sizes smaller than what I was wearing, and tried to sell me a shoe size 1/2 a size bigger than I was wearing. Ultimately, I ended up leaving with shoes that didn't fit and have to go to another store to find an alternative. The variety of brands being sold is more like 2/10. Unfortunately, it just wasn't worth the trip out of town.

Nice place to get shoes, I'm sure. Little pricey for just the casual shoe. The service there was very friendly and knowledgeable in the bargain basement especially!
