Catherine helped us choose a mattress, bed frame, and pillows that were exactly what we needed. She even helped us order a custom headboard that fit our space requirements. They delivered it all to our home and set it all up for us. Fantastic experience. Strongly recommend.

Burlington Bedrooms is such a hidden gem for furniture. I have ordered many items for my design clients and have always been very happy with everything. I love being able to support a family owned local business. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable.

Stayed after closing because my bed at home has a hole in it. Mattress was very comfortable until I was kicked out by the nightshift at 4 in the morning.

Andy is GREAT! We came in with some ideas of what we were looking for, and he helped us find the right fit for a fair price! Cannot recommend going here, to a locally owned business, for all housing needs! (especially for college students)

I got the perfect bed for my mother, who now resides in a memory care facility, from Burlington Bedrooms. Andy was extremely helpful in the showroom and showed me all the options without being the least bit pushy. The mattress was not only firm enough, but was in stock at the right price. The adjustable base that was ordered had a power cord issue, so Andy brought an upgraded version instead. The delivery went smoothly and Just a few days after my visit to the showroom. Andy and his young assistant removed the old mattress and box spring, and also rearranged two dressers to put the bed in my mother's preferred place. They were very professional and kind. In addition, they brought the old bedding back to the facility when someone there asked if they could have it! As if that wasn't good enough service, Andy came back again to adjust how the power cords were plugged in when the remote wasn't working. Quick fix. I highly recommend buying anything from Burlington Bedrooms; you will get awesome customer service and great products. Thank you, Andy!

About the same prices as online, so reasonable. Sales people sell but really know nothing about the furniture and beds. If you ask, they'll read the manufacturer's bla bla, which, obviously, is biased. If you're buying mattresses, the return policies are better if you buy directly from the manufacturer, complete refund with a stocking fee. Burlington Bedrooms you pay $$150 restocking fee AND only a store credit. And with a really irritated tone. Better be able to find something you like. I didn't and am now searching for toppers to remedy an uncomfortable bed. The delivery experience was superior though, Covid sage and efficient.

We went to Burlington Bedrooms to find a side table for my daughter's bedroom, and had a great experience! The showroom is very nice and she found a great solid wood table for under $300. The service we received from the owner was excellent! This was my first time buying from Burlington Bedrooms, and I'll be back for sure. Just need to save up a bit for their handmade dog beds...our dog clearly loved them!
