Lifechanging. They did us a favor before we even stepped in the door: after moving to VT I had called to get my dog Kenta started as a new patient. He's reactive at the vet so we made a plan, but before our first visit I got a cancer diagnosis myself. Life turned upside down and since Kenta was fine we forgot about it until I was out of the woods. I called them about a year later and while they weren't taking new patients at that point they agreed to still see us, considering the circumstances, which was so kind. It's just gotten better from there. They are very accommodating to reactive dogs, working with you to find the best solution to keep your pet calm and comfortable. No sedatives or blanket has been required! The energy of everyone there is perfect -- calm and unfazed -- which has helped Kenta progress quickly. He's now taking treats directly from the vet and getting pets! Unheard of before. We're also seeing the same vet every time for consistency which has helped. Cannot recommend them enough, especially for anxious/reactive dogs.

No follow up after requiring my pet to stay 8 hours for tests. Only presented me with a bill for $600 but no findings and diagnosis. This followed a previous week's bill of $400. The full day of testing yielded no new information. Impossible to speak to a vet. There is a wall around veterinary providers. The vet, Morika , Ogawa disregarded my dogs most pressing diagnosis of Cushings Syndrome, only raising my dog's Thyroid hormone dose. Thus oversimplifying her treatment plan. I will not return to the Ark practice. Ce.

Today was an amazing experience at Ark. My new rescue pup was well taken care of, with their focus on it being a positive experience for him. My first time at Ark, but definitely not my last time.

Ark is amazing! My dog loves going to the vet because she gets showered with love there. Today, a friend of mine was having a hard time getting an emergency appointment after calling many vets, and Ark was able to accommodate and took great care of my friend and her dog in his final moments. I cannot recommend them enough!

We adopted our first Boston in November and the Ark never hesitated when it came to answering our 10 year olds questions. Our baby Mya loves going and of course loves the attention as they don’t tend to see very many baby bostons. The whole team at Ark is amazing

Can't say enough about Ark! While visiting my sister, my pup Freddy got sick overnight and needed quick medical attention. Ark brought us in quickly and with the friendliest, most comforting attitude. After a thorough visit, Freddy came out happy and with all that he needs to get back on his feet. I am blown away with just how kind, compassionate, and accommodating Ark is. I had to bring in my cat Neko twice last week and they were able to squeeze her in last minute both times, which I was very grateful for. They listen to you and your concerns and you can just tell they care. Everyone is wicked nice and helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of my girls!

Ark Veterinary Hospital is compassionate, honest and always goes above and beyond! The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable and has always been great to work with. Their customer service is truly impressive; my dog was seen multiple times throughout the course of a couple weeks, they made it a point to follow up on her progress almost daily and provide guidance. Especially during COVID, they’ve done an exceptional job communicating throughout appointments, and making the new protocols seamless. I appreciate everything they do and I’m so glad my dog is in their hands!

They care for your animal just as much as you do . They are always there for Bud ,they love him too .His surgery that he had when he was 4 months on his leg ,has been perfect. Bud is always happy to see them ,he loves them too .

When you are traveling cross-country it's a constant worry not knowing who to turn to when one of your dogs has a problem. Ark was recommended to me by a friend in the area. I'm picky about my dog's care. Renee and Dr. Koenitzer were both very thorough and I felt like Tori was in good hands. A+

Let me begin by confessing that I am an over protective cat mom with ridiculously high standards. Dr. Kellner and the staff at Ark are professional, kind, skilled, extremely understanding and delightful to work with. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Kellner.
