We've used them for 2 seasons now. We don't use much oil, but they are responsive with deliveries for will-call purchases. They serviced our furnace last year which was significantly cheaper than West Oil who we used for the past 8 years.

If reliability and great service at low prices is what you are looking for, KCM Oil is the place to go. I have had them going on my first year and they have not let me down and when I order my fuel, I actually get it the same day if they are not too busy..Try them and see for yourself.
