under- but highly competently- staffed. seemingly only front staff was highly efficient, but patient, as i muddled through my first international shipment.
not that you have many (any?!) other choices for real FedEx location in an hour drive radius, but this is a good one. Just show yourself a few extra minutes in case there's a few customers. & do pop-up at the end of your drive to help fix the location please”
