We've ordered products in the past and have been very satisfied with the quality and service. This recent order for table slides, however, was disappointing.The delivery date was missed causing the delivery of our clients table to also be missed. The order was placed a couple of weeks ago and we still cannot get a definite delivery date. We ended up cancelling the order and placing it with another company.

My last two purchases were for fluted legs. Person I spoke to on both occasions is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Both shipments arrived precisely on time and the quality was top notch! I produce expensive high quality designer furniture. This is my go-to place for reliably perfect parts that I don't have time or skills to make myself. Unlike sunny shiner, I speak to them like a regular fella, not some spoiled millennial narcissist.

I love my cherry farmhouse dining room table. It's precisely crafted and the finish is so flawless that I can't help but run my hand along the top every single time I walk by! I also bought all of my kitchen and dining room cabinetry pulls from them because I wanted something unique to set off my custom cabinetry. It definitely worked. The antique brass pulls with the square back plates are stunning and very special. The order department was particularly friendly and helpful too. I look forward to my next purchase with them. [

Placed an order for cleats and we have waited well over the time estimated for the cleats to arrive, yet our order has yet to have arrived. When I first attempted to call the company, the phone system hung up on me 3 separate times I had called after pushing 1 to continue to hold all 3 separate times upon having been hung up on. Once I finally established a connection with a actual person, the sales representative was very rude and condescending. The next cutover representative then spoke to my boyfriend regarding the order. We were promised the order would be shipped on Tuesday, it is now Saturday and still we have yet to receive our order for cleats. $60 was deducted from my bank account on Oct17th and now October 31st and no cleats have yet to show up via mail or a fed ex tracking number as promised in my email. No updates and no attempts to contact us or remedy the issue. Please make your purchase elsewhere.
