Employees are polite, courteous, and eager to help find items using great search tools in the aisles. They often assist with simple installations, such as wiper replacements, and provide recycling services for things like lead-acid batteries, rewarding customers with gift cards. While some customers feel questioned about their knowledge when shopping, overall, the staff's helpful attitude and willingness to assist make it a good place for auto parts and service needs.
Great customer service, they know how to find stuff and they have great search tools in the aisles, if it's something that doesn't require specialized training or too much time they'll even help you install it. Just got by partners car new wipers and they installed them for me.

Always friendly and helpful. And rarely do they not have what I'm looking for in stock. I definitely recommend.

They took our dead lead-acid batteries from our RV and recycled them, and we were rewarded for it. Nice guy who helped us gave us two $10 gift cards. It pays to recycle and not leave your trash by the side of the road. (Just saying.)
