Our company No Worries Lawn and Plow, LLC Brought our truck in to have it repaired picked it up. It was not repaired a few things that we asked to have repaired but the main problem when we called and told them that it wasn’t repaired we got so sick of the arguing and that we were being told that we never told them that that needs to be fixed that we will never go there again. . We paid $4500.

Hello I wanted to make you aware of the experience I had at the following location: @capitolcityimports in Vermont. I recently booked a service appointment with Capitol City Imports to have my Ghost Touch warranty fixed on my Mazda. When booking the appointment, I gave specific details that I only need the Ghost Touch fixed. The person who booked by appointment (Ashley Rich, Service Advisory) told me that this would not be a problem. I asked how long something like this would take to complete which Rich responded to as being no more than a 2-hour appointment and I would have my car back the same day. I also asked if they had the parts to do fix it, and Rich stated it was very common so it would be an easy fix. This was agreeable so I booked the appointment two weeks out.On the day of my appointment, I dropped off my vehicle. Throughout the day I did not get a phone call from the dealership saying everything was done. I called them at 5:30pm that night and asked if I could pick up my car tomorrow. They said that would be fine, still not informing me of any other details related to my car.The next day I went to pick up my car and the following two things happened. First, They lost my keys. It took them over 10 minutes to fine me keys and paperwork. Then, once my keys were located, Ray Choux, Service Advisor, slid me my keys under the separation glass while saying, “sooooo we had to order the part and it won’t be here for 3-5 days.”I asked him to clarify that my car, which was there for 30 hours, never received the specific service I booked? He said correct and there was nothing they can do. Chaloux then said this was just a diagnosis appointment, meaning that the they had to diagnosis the problem first. I asked why I was not told that this was a diagnosis appointment, when I had arranged for a specific service to be done and why NO ONE called me to inform me that they did not have the part/would need to keep my car. Chaloux said nothing.During this awkward silence, I asked if I could make another appointment to get this actually fixed. He looked and informed me that the earliest they could have me in was THREE WEEKS FROM NOW. This was unacceptable. I did not make this appointment and left.The two biggest problems with appointment:• When booking Ashley Rich did not state that this would be a diagnosis appointment.• On the day of the appointment, NO ONE from the dealership tried to get in contact with me to inform me that this would be a longer process.• When trying to solve the problem, the Service Advisors just stared at me in silence. They need training on how to work with costumers and COMMUNICATE exactly what will go on at appointments.I planned to share this experience with the Ed Farr the General Manager. When requesting his contact information from the Capitol City Import Facebook Page I received a Thumbs Up emoji and nothing else.

I have bought my last 12 vehicles with the Autosaver Group. I own a large and busy residential/commercial flooring sales and installation company. The Autosaver Group has always made each and every transaction, easy, painless, convenient, and beneficial. They are always the most competitive dealers and I have never had to argue or defend my position. The are very fair! Service and parts departments are equally as great and informative! Their service departments are bar none the best. A complete A+++ experiences. The BIG Deal Plus is such a nice added benefit. Especially since most of the vehicles in my fleet are heavy duty vehicles and/or diesels. Can't say enough good things about this company!!!

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass at St. Johnsbury Auto Mart in July and could not be happier! My salesman Noah was knowledgeable, professional, and definitely patient when go over the car with me! The transaction was smooth and effortless, especially when I sat with Steve in Finance. I recently went in to order snow tires - Brett and Tyler were very friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with the dealership and its employees.
