Happy to have a local UPS store at a great location. Depending on the time of the day, it is hard to find parking. Since, the store is located right at main street. Make sure your package is wrapped and well protected. As they say “no shake, no break!”. Add insurance if your item is valuable.

My one single experience here so far, has no need for less than 5 stars. I thought I'd toss a review up here to say so, as my reviews are usually motivated by an experience where I feel either horrified or absolutely beyond ecstatic over, but occasionally I try and toss a biz the 5 stars they earned for doing their job exactly the way anyone would need them to!

It’s impossible to park here. The current employees have no idea how inconvenient it is to use this store to return items. Please consider opening a location in somewhere like the Highgate commons plaza.Also… the store employee lied to me. I have been returning packages here for years - regardless of how inconvenient parking is. It’s the only option relatively close to my house, and they have always been willing to close my boxes with a small amount of tape. I was very rudely told yesterday that they return Amazon packages for free and can’t afford to tape all the boxes shut. I didn’t bring any money in with me bc they had always been willing to help in the past. This guy tried to tell me he would be fired for giving me a piece of tape. A quick google search tells me that 13.3% of UPS consolidated revenue comes from their contract with Amazon, upwards of 84 billion. And they couldn’t at least publish their new tape policy or let Amazon know to remind customers?

TERRIBLE LOCATION! The employees are rude and the so called manager is very nasty! Don’t go to this store if you need help! They will not help you and instead make you feel stupid and yell at you. I needed assistance with a package because I had never done a return like the one I had so Amazon told me to go in to UPS and they will help me. Oh no! I was treated so poorly and charged a dollar for a literal piece of tape?!? I even offered to buy a roll of tape but they didn’t have the right tape so I could not. Then the manager starts yelling he pays $2,000 a month for tape at me?! Just bizarre. And I run my own small business and am in there all the time spending money and have never asked for help until today. A company like this should be helping their customers out! Or at least charge an amount that makes since like a quarter or something. It was a small piece of tape! I just left feeling so bad and I’ll never return to this store. It’s Christmas time too so it just feels worse. Companies please help people out once in awhile especially if they are regular customers.

I was thinking about changing my p.o. box from USPS to this UPS store. I had to call the store as UPS, for some reason, does not post their mailbox rates or box sizes. They suggest I come in but I live 2 hours away. I asked the man answering the phone what the "annual rate" was for their small, medium and large boxes were and he gave me monthly rates. I asked again for the annual rates and he became annoyed and said "You want me to do the math for you?"- after I explained to him that I asked for annual (that rate is less) he then told me those were the annual rates cut down to monthly. Then I did the unthinkable: I asked him to tell me the sizes of the boxes which he did not know and apparently it was not written down for employees. He then put me on hold saying "I have about 20 people in line right now". I hung up after a few minutes. I don't know if this person was the owner or an employee, but it cost them $300 annually because this person could not answer 2 simple questions without attitude. I have to say I can believe most of the reviews here as I have experienced similar treatment. I'll be happy to stay with the USPS. If I could rate my experience with 0 Stars, I would.

I went to this UPS store in Saint Albans, this man escalate a situation. His cashier don't know how to read, or she was just being rude. I gave her a piece of paper that had my address and the shipping address. She found and old address in the system, and she didn't add the information I gave her that were in front of her. I got impatient and almost cried, and told her she enter the information wrong, multiple time too and I know she was doing it on purpose, and she kept slamming everything she get in front of me. This man decided to use his white superiority ego, to tell me that I have an attitude for telling the cashier she entered the wrong information impatiently. Proceed to tell me that I am banned from his store, all the store around Vermont, that he has my name and my information. Then call the police to kick me out to serve me a trespassing order against me. So I guess any customer unhappy because of crappy services deserve a trespassing order. His white pass cards was that "my wife is black" screaming angrily! I would love to post the full video about the situation with them and police but I can't upload it here.
