Every time I need a storage unit this is my go to spot. Beth is always professional and try's her best to help me. I recently called to get a big unit. She told me she only had one left and held it for me until I could get in to pay for it. With so little storage units available I am so happy for her great customer service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone they are sketchy and I have a feeling that there is employees that are breaking into unit's my unit was broken into and they stole everything of value even the license plates to my past car's thousands of dollars in tools. GONE. I went back today only to find that they through my remaining belongings away only there was still valuable belongings in there that I'm sure employee kept. Trust me you do not want to use this company

Very pleased with St. Albans Mini Storage. The receptionist has always been very very polite and friendly and helpful. Very down to earth. Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs storage unit
