Jordyn Stone works in the pharmacy and has incredible interpersonal skills. Jordyn is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and always gives her best effort to get the job done quick and efficient. Jordyn has stayed late to make sure that my prescription was accurate and timely. Making calls to patients after work hours. I give Jordyn 6 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place used to be amazing, my family go here for all our prescriptions for the past 2+ years, but the new pharmacist is disgusting. There's an issue every time I need something filled whether it's a controlled substance or not. I had an issue with pharmacy dates thanks to the holidays and when I called to ask he was immediately hostile, raised his voice when I tried to say something, refused to let me get a word out, and hung up on me after saying he has more important things to do and can't be bothered. I was calm and polite, didn't raise my voice, didnt do anything to deserve that kind of treatment, all I wanted was an explanation not a man child throwing a tempter tantrum. I've been discriminated against enough times for being in recovery but never so cruelly, plenty of traveling pharmacists dont like people in recovery but they're actually professional. Never using Price Chopper pharmacy again if they support treating customers like this, if they can treat someone that way over a simple question I do not trust them with any of my medications. If they will openly discriminate against people over certain medications they will over any other medications, race, ethnicity, disabilities, income, there is no line too far with people like that

I have never had as many issues as just recently. The pharmacist there, Falcone was awesome. Friendly. Just good service. Now, they say they implement new procedures because they got new pharmacists. So now it takes them 2 hours to fill your prescription? Not your kids doctor or insurance matters it's them that decide if and when. It's sad it's not about community, it's not about being prompt or friendly. It's about them. Lol it's kinda sad that here someone new is coming in and this is the first impression. Okay.

These guys got great reviews but they have dropped the ball numerous times for me. Why did I sign up for texts that my meds are ready when I never get them. Plus when I call I get put on hold only for no one to pick up or return my call. With one exception when I was told I would be notified when my prescription was ready and nothing. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We love Robert and Lindsay! All the staff really. It's great having pharamcists that truly care to help you, and are so friendly, always!(That was 3yrs ago-5star rating....)Now the pharmacy is changing hrs nearly weekly! This is not an easy thing for many clients. Online schedule and over the phone, state the pharmacy is open more than it is! CMON

What can I say, Bob is absolutely a great guy, friendly and affable. Always willing to help and find the best price. His team is great, extremely helpful and courteous. I never had to wait long periods of time for my refills or new scripts. I highly recommend trying these guys out.

The pharmacist Robert is the best pharmacist ever! Very thoughtful, personal, respectful, funny etc. Jordan is a tech, she is amazing as well. All star MVP's! The dream team. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. So glad we started using the price chopper pharmacy. Wouldn't ever consider changing. Robert is also into car's and has a sweet Nissan 350Z project car! I look forward to seeing him every time I go get our meds, talking cars for a few minutes. Its honestly the best. Price Chopper is lucky to have him and the others like Jordan and Lauren. 10/10A++ service. Its refreshing considering prior pharmacists were not personal, not out going and kind. These people truly care about their patients and it shows.

Where are the Adults at the Price Chopper Supermarket in St Albans? The only people I see working in the front of the store are children and not very bright children at that. At each and every supermarket if the cashier makes a mistake and over charges you not only get to keep your purchase but you get a complete refund. So is Price Chopper different from the rest of grocery stores? I think not. They just have no adult management. I bought a single bottle of beer. The cashier charged me based on a $10.99/6 pack. But the 6 pack was only $9.99 so instead of refunding me the $1.84+tax they wanted to just refund me 18 cents. Having worked in a supermarket as a cashier and as a manager in several supermarket corporate offices and I have shopped in supermarkets in many states this is not the way things are done. Not at all. But the worst was Alex who can't add/subtract or read. OMG! And one last thing did you realize at Price Chopper they charge you for getting cash back on your debit card? Except for the fact the cashier forgets to tell you beforehand. So ca anyone tell me of another market in St Albans even 15-20 miles away so I don't have to deal with children who can't read or do basic math? Please advise. Thanks! UPDATE... I found Hannaford Supermarket a little further down the street. They sell the same 6 pack for $8.99.

Lines are too slow, the scanning method they use needs to be updated to the 21st century... standing in line can easily take 20 minutes, it happened to me recently... only 2 lines open on a busy Sunday. Very annoying, they either need to upgrade their scanners to whatever Walmart uses, or hire more people.

A lot of the people who work here are nice, the prices are cheaper for many items...the store is clean, the deli, however, lacks greatly ; The workers frequently "ghost", won't cook food that wasnt already prepped and have strange hours for the hot section that differ from PC policy. Won't make sandwiches to order. The deli workers seem lost and unmotivated. Newer premade sandwiches are overly expensive and stingy. Not the standard amenities of normal Price Choppers.

The pharmacist at this location is awsome ..tall gentleman. He is so caring and goes way beyond to help his costumers ..no matter how many he has in line. He takes his time with each one and treats them all the same. Ty for being so helpful
