Price Chopper Pharmacy is known for having staff that is friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Many pharmacists and team members truly care to help and are great. Specific staff are highlighted as amazing, kind, and giving their best effort, even staying late to ensure prescriptions are accurate and timely. However, the pharmacy has been through many pharmacists. Some newer people at the register are noted as very rude. A significant concern is that the pharmacy hours are changing nearly weekly, which is not easy for clients, and the posted schedule is often inaccurate. Despite this, many customers highly recommend the pharmacy.
Jordan is a doll. The whole.staff is very nice. I have just known Jordan the longest. I haven't switched pharmacies in 18 years.

What can I say, Bob is absolutely a great guy, friendly and affable. Always willing to help and find the best price. His team is great, extremely helpful and courteous. I never had to wait long periods of time for my refills or new scripts. I highly recommend trying these guys out.
