I've always had a good experience in this Maplefields. Employees are always nice. The woman that works in the food area is phenomenal! I always get turkey, egg and cheese on a croissant. She knows it by heart. Lol and it's delicious! Great personality, and the biggest reason I go back to this store.

Always impressed by this gas stations food, it exceeds the stereotype! The food staff attentive always friendly and the new automated system for check out is super fast. Whenever I need help they come right over, sometimes you just have to be patient for a moment or two.They have had a few roadbumps after opening but seem to have smoothed them all out.If you’re looking for a quick fix, I’d recommend this place. Much cleaner and more approachable with the new design.

I found the two young girls behind the counter very lazy. One was sitting doing nothing,the other was on her phone. The ladies room was very nasty. Screens were full of fingerprints. When asked how often do they clean the touch screens, one girl rudely said "often". IF YOU'VE GOT TIME TO LEAN, YOU'VE GOT TIME TO CLEAN!!!!

the workers were very rude and accused me of stealing when i was just buying the 2 drinks with 2 different transactions. very rude don’t recommend coming here ever.

This store location recently built a new store next to the other and demolished their old one. It is a big improvement from what was there. They have My Fresh Cafe in this new building which includes a good size menu to try and is decently priced. The other store item prices including snacks and beverages are high like any Maplefields, however keep in mind it is a convenience store. The registers are self-checkout so if you like the real person behind the counter interaction when you get your morning coffee this place isnt for you. This location is open 5am to 11pm. There also installed new gas pumps with plenty of parking spaces. Air machine is located in the back corner of the parking lot.

Everytime we go here for gas we have to go back in 4 times after we have paid due to it not registering at the pumps. The workers who watched us insert the money today tried accusing us of trying to steal gas. Finally got resolved after the rude workers were screaming at customers and us. I've noticed a habit of workers being on the phone, not behind the counter doing nothing, eating on the floor not washing their hands before returning to work mind you COVID is really high again in st Albans. They love to yell at customers and then call the cops on them. Not the same environment as before. Sad they shouldn't of changed to Maple fields! There's even been times we will go in and no worker at the corner so can't even buy a pack of smokes. Please get.people that actually want to work! Mind you these employees are getting $14+ and can't even do their jobs
