Store staff very nice pharmacy staff are terrible especially to senior citizens I have been a customer for 7 years the first five were ok the last 2 years have been terrible counter staff is rude there constantly giving false info to customers about refill dates they just guess instead of looking the pharmacist actually would not listen to my dr with out a written letter as to why she gave me a prescription she made me suffer just to play her power games even when I cault shingles she purposely with held my prescription 2 days people reading this review may think it's a grudge match but if you look into it you will find scores of customers having the same problem with that branch of Kenny drugs

First and foremost, Renee (tech) is the best! I used big box stores forever, and I wish I’d switched to Kinney’s long ago… they retain the positive vibes of the bigger corps but still deliver that hometown feel.For the people complaining about wait times and staffing issues, I bet they are hiring, and if you can turn the place around so easily, put up. As a former pharmacy worker I can say the amount of bureaucracy needed to sell you your often life saving drugs is immense and super hard to navigate. They aren’t not giving you your percs cuz they dislike you, they aren’t holding your antibiotics to be cruel - there are legal repercussions. Further, pharmacists are nearly as heavily trained as doctors, often catching mistakes that doctors, not specializing in medication, can miss. And I guarantee when you bully these people into oblivion and nobody takes up the mantle, you’re gonna regret it.Oh one more thing. Medicaid isn’t “free”. Someone is paying, and you still need to pay your copay… it’s not “I don’t pay.”Thanks for all you do guys. Don’t let the jerks get you down!

The lowly pharmacy staff with no degree have the audacity to complain about giving me my medication when they barely work. I will be pulling my medicine from here and I recommend others do the same until they hire people with class and manners.

Terrible service lately in the pharmacy…use to be able count on them within 30 mins after being called in. 3 times now it’s sorry we are under staffed or sorry it’ll be another 45 mins. It’s great if you live close by or don’t have kids you have to bring back out and drive to the store. This time was 2.5 hours later finally filled. Definitely done using this pharmacy.

I’ve been using Kinney for years. They have gone downhill. My maintenance inhaler I was it would be in in 2 days. Called in 3 days , & I was told they had to order it & won’t be available till Thursday. Wrong rescue inhaler, I’m not always somewhere where I can run water through it & wait to dry, that’s why it’s called a RESCUE INHALER & pharmacist argued with me? told me a hour just to switch. They did it before & it didn’t take that long. I don’t understand!

Definitely need more pharmacist, as they only have 1 apparently so when this person goes on lunch people are having to wait 30 minutes plus because no one else here can apparently give you cautions and procedures with your medications. Definitely should go else where if you’re in any kind of rush!Wow ? pharmacist came back yelled at me and told me it’s a law I have to be here. When all I asked was why we had to wait 30 mins when we didn’t get any information about the medication anyways.Store itself is great though!Unfortunately will never come back to this pharmacy again though so glad I don’t have to use it regularly feel bad for the people that do!

I don't mind the pharmacy but I do mind the front of the store. I find management rude, disrespectful, and crude. I think Jen is sweet up front. But the manager with black hair and glasses is soooooooo rude and disrespectful.

I don't like giving bad reviews . And this is a great place to get your meds by all means . But they need more help . And stop making older ppl wait sometimes hours for meds . Come on ppl they need them and coming back isint an option for some . I believe there should be an age limit when waiting that the persons who may need meds moved to front of the line ! Everyone younger can wait come on ppl have some courtesy for the elderly!

I used to think they were quick and had everything on time nope not anymore. I called my medicine in days ago always do I got told it’d be ready. Now it’s on back order ether it’s that or something the next day with them I’m switching pharmacies ridiculous highly not recommend nobody goes there!
