I should have read the reviews before dropping change. Swung in for a quick vacuum. The vacuum machines eat your money and coin return function does not work. Apparently their MO is to count on suckers... er I mean customers... losing their quarters and not bothering to try to get their money back. The phone number goes to a phone tree that starts asking for your information to spam you, so can't even reach the business if you want to.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. They did a great job, the price was within the range of other car washes and the staff was polite and friendly. I have used this car wash off and on for years. I haven't experienced a bad car wash yet.

The service is poor and slow. I told the guy taking forever to dry my car (over 1 hour) that I had to leave to get back to work and he muttered in low spanish accent to me.... ok fine take it go then...he was quite rude! They are also over priced. I will never go back here againNeed to lower prices and get better help. . Horrible experience and again overpriced too.

This car wash keeps going in the downward direction. Their prices went up as their attention to detail went down. Even on a slow day, they couldn't manage to dress the black plastic/vinyl trim on my car. Literally looked like a rag swipe. This is something I would expect from a $14 car wash, not a $32 car wash. Staff is either burned out or don't care. I've been coming here since 2000. I've been loyal to the point that it's ridiculous for me to continue throw my money away to this place. I've overextended my benefit of the doubt on improving. Even under new management, nothing has changed.

I have used this cat wash off and on for ten years and today's visit prompted me to write a review. Firstly the price has risen to the point of being too much, 31.00 for a car wash is too much in my opinion. Secondly, half of the car wash did not turn on when my car went through. When I spoke to the manager they ran my car through again; the second time everything worked. This place looks like a run down version of itself. I will not be returning.

Today my son got his car washed and they basically left water spots, streaks, did not clean the wheels and forgot to armor all the tires. So disappointing as this place normally does a great job. We will not be bringing any of our cars back.

This place used to be awesome. It is one of the few hands-on car washes left in town, but wow, have they gone downhill. The employees who would vacuum, detail, and dry the car paid so much attention to detail. I could have done the same job at a drive-thru and self vacuum car wash, but I wanted that extra detail work done. The amount I paid wouldn't have been bad had they done a great job, but I paid as much as I pay for a monthly fee at the drive-thru car wash and I can go as many times as I want. It's disappointing as I've been coming here fit for years.

I been coming here since 2000 oh boy do I miss the old owners you can see a lot changes less people to dry car but they still have a good drying system. Takes longer cause many workers have left. I considered going somewhere else but I love the hand wash on my car. If I had to go through a machine then I can go to am/pm so for that I'll stick it out. You just have to tell them a little more about when it comes to drying. I called one of those mobile car washes shoot they want $150-200 just to wash and regular clean inside. Please. No way! Ever

I just drove 40 minutes to come here and get my car washed because I come here often all for them to tell me that they're closed because business is slow today on a Friday at 3pm. I told the owner that I just drove 40 minutes to come here and he said they already shut everything down and didn't try to accommodate in anyway, very unprofessional.

I got my car washed in the morning (between 8:30 and 9) so there weren't many people there. Maybe 5 cars while I waiting for mine to come out of the wash. When my car did come out it was my car and another being dried and "cleaned". There were probably 5-6 guys working on my car. Disappointed in the quality. Wheel wells are still dirty, dry water marks on the car and windshield. $36 car wash and I could've gone to shell or quick quack for cheaper and the same quality of work. Probably won't be returning.
