10/10 GO THROUGH DARLINGS! Working with Darlings has been a great experience. From now on we will be using Darlings as our body shop. They were able to get my car in sooner than anyone else and within a week from the time they picked up my car, it was complete. They also saved us money and made the experience so easy as we did not have to deal with the insurance as they did it for us. My husband and I think my car looked better when we went to pick it up than it did on the dealer lot when we bought it. Truly my husband and I can’t say enough good about them!

I had a very similar issue; the initial estimate doubled. They stated that it would be complete within three days; my vehicle remained there for at least a week without any communication. After a week, I ended up calling only to be informed that the vehicle is now ready. Similarly, they stated that they were waiting for a part to come in, and this delayed the work. It would have been professional to call and inform me of the part delay. Instead, I was left in the dark, and I felt like I was being a nuisance to call them. Given these circumstances, I would not recommend this outfit; their final work was mediocre at best.

I received an estimate from Darlings Auto Body to paint one of the fenders on my 2020 Subaru Ascent. I was told that they could do the work on June 6, 2023 and that it would take "a couple of days". I dropped my vehicle off on June 5, 2023. When I hadn't been contacted after four days, I called and was told that it was taking longer than they expected because the parts didn't come in for cars that were ahead of me. It has now been eight days since I left my vehicle with this business and I still have not been contacted, to either tell me my vehicle was ready or to explain the further delay.This is completely unacceptable. I have been deprived of the use of my vehicle for over a week and they are making no effort whatsoever to keep me informed in regard to the delay.

Darlings Auto is professional, efficient and great at what they do!! I had my 2019 Impreza repaired at Darlings after a fender bender, and they were great through the entire process. Great people, amazing service. Work was done fast and they took care of all the paperwork.*2021- Just wanted to say again I’ve used Darlings Auto once again and still amazing service the work was done as fast as possible and they took care of the paperwork in the car, they even got my deductible lowered! Just want to say thanks to Mike for all the help and everybody in the shop with well working hands. You guys are top notch
