I called on a Saturday afternoon and they got me in for an oil change first thing Sunday at 9 and despite having several cars to take care of I was able to wait inside the clean waiting room and only waited about 45mins , that was our first oil change there and they now have new customers!

An excellent visit. I was in today for a Vermont State inspection, I've worked pretty much my whole life in jobs that had contact with customers of some kind (I'm 61.) I can say the customer service when I first walked through the door was second to none. I was told the inspection would take about an hour (it was done in twenty minutes. And they did a 91 point safety inspection (Too lengthy to list, let's just say it was comprehensive.)) I'm due for an oil change and have already made an appointment to have it done next week. I couldn't sing their praises any better, next time your car needs servicing bring it here, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely phenomenal people. My son's car broke down and I had it towed to them. My son attends college in the area, and I am out of town. Their staff was amazing, they understood the situation, going above and beyond to help assist us. As a parent you cannot say enough good things about, the way they handled things to help my son, and I am extremely grateful. Please do yourself a favor and go here for all your needs.
