If I could add a ! to the star review I would. Nick at Verizon was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He lowered my stress level, and I walked out the door with a new phone, and a smile on my face.

You are the absolute worst salesman. Whatever they force you to buy; keep your receipt. It was run by two kids with no experience who got the job because they were offered high commission. When they are incentivized to be absolute trash and rip people off by deleting their phones and number and not deactivating the accessories and devices which are returned it will cost you big money. They hold your credit over your head because if you don't pay or they charge you too much YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY. Their customer service is not in synch with morals or ethics. Their customer service is zero to null and whatever the salesman wants you to do YOU HAVE TO DO. They won't do business unless they make a large substantial profit. They want you to go into debt and be worse off. I was not fooled by them but they ALWAYS do bad business here. Do not talk to the children they hire.

Absolutely terrible experience as expected from Verizon. Showed up was presented with a great bundle deal for an Apple Watch and new iPhone. I was planning on paying the full 100 for the Apple Watch which I was told I could do in my next bill. After going back and speaking with an agent I was told this is not the case and I can pay the full $350 for the device in 30 days. I must still keep it on plan for 6 months totaling $60 and an activation fee even though it has not even been connected to the network. So now I have found out I will be out over 400 dollars for something I could have gotten at Walmart for 3. This was a total bait and switch and I truly feel the business practice is unethical

Don't go here I spent an hour trying to get a new phone and iPad. I agreed with all their charges. I submitted proof of my id online plus had to speak to soneove on the phone to co form my identity. They did a credit check And after an hour they couldn't figure out how to submit the paperwork to corporate. After an hour they told me they were going to have to restart my application Seriously??? Who trains these people They should be ashamed about wasting peoples time. Boo bad job Verizon
