I have been intentionally hung up on 6 times this afternoon, without so much as someone saying hello on the line. My mail is not being delivered and is being sent back to the senders. But I can't even talk to anyone there and find out why.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an antique lamp shipped to me thru USPS. When I received it, there was a large hole in the side of the box, & the lamp was damaged. USPS at this location denied my damage claim, & stated that because the packaging wasn’t sufficient (partly true), & the box wasn’t marked as fragile, that they were not responsible. Basically, they stated that if the packaging was better, the lamp would’ve survived THIER negligence (the hole that was put in the box somewhere in transit). That’s a very lame disclaim, that they are not responsible for the hole in the box & damage to the lamp CAUSED BY USPS because they didn’t believe it was packaged well enough. DO NOT get packages shipped thru USPS, go with any other carrier. They will find every excuse under the sun to deny your claim. The only positive is that they were professional to deal with.

We have not had mail delivery for 2 days! I put an outgoing envelope out, still not picked up! Guess I'll need to take it to work. It's an important piece, I got called for Jury Duty! I know if I complain too much the Union will find a way to justify why I don't have proper service. Shame..

The workers are useless and incompetent. The most miserable people I’ve seen in customer server. Especially Marybeth. Do not go here for a passport unless you want it to end up lost with no explanation on how to find it.

So I left a review last month on how My bills are not arriving to there destination ,and now I'm back to give an update. So today is Dec 5th and they decided to not take my out going Mail today what in God's name is going on with you people.

By far worst post office, never get any mail.. then when I went there two separate time.they say do adress change up to three time... fourth time.tell me put name.on mail.box...mail carrier come.to everyday and dosnt even take Mail being sent out... not once in months... so for.month my mail get sent to then and they send it all back... crazy no one does there job... if.you need you mail.eould not recommend this terrible and rude helpless place

Every time I go in I am greeted and helped. I have done the typical Post Office business as well as Passports…just now some changes of address for business…Very helpful people! I am guessing some people go in with a negative mindset or have made mistakes of their own and are not owning their part in the problem!

These ppl don't know how to read or follow instructions to deliver packages or mail, they say put names on box but still deliver other ppls mail to my box, So irresponsible and ridiculous, I have told them several times to stop delivering other ppls mail to my address when their name is not on box, Also they r rude and I have also had mail and packages torn or cut open when I received them in mail
