Was traveling for work and had a wonderful experience at this store location! Just fantastic!!! Keep up the great work!!! Some of these bad reviews make zero sense! Maybe some changes were made. Or maybe people are just depressed with themselves and feel the need to be negative. Anyhow you all rock!!

I had the worst experience with this store. I overnighted a pretty valuable and time sensitive package to TN from Vermont on the 19th to get there by Monday the 20th. I paid $55 for this service and UPS DID NOT PROVIDE THIS SERVICE! The package got to TN the next day and here we are 7 days later and the package is still not delivered. Trying to call and get answers is like pulling teeth with this company. No one knows what is happening and no one seems to have any accountability. after MANY phone calls and promises of getting a call back, they never get back to me! I will never be doing business here or at any UPS facility ever again. Extremely unprofessional and not how a company of this size should conduct business. I am a very dissatisfied customer!
