“Town Fair Tire was very helpful on the phone with quotes and tire info. Once I decided on the make, model, size I wanted (an all-WEATHER tire...not an all-season tire) I was told they would/could order 4 and they would be there for my appointment 2 weeks hence. NOT. Not sure if they didn't order them or if they really couldn't get them. But, they suggested a tire that was on hand, assured me they were three peak mtn snowflake rated (all-weather), and proceeded to mount them. Rutland Town Fair was understaffed the day of my appt, so it took 2.5 hrs before my car was ready to roll.However, when done, they started talking about getting my tires changed over in the spring! RED FLAG! It turns out they had put on a snow tire, not an all-weather or even an all-season! They were very apologetic and quick to suggest an All-weather tire in stock, not the one I had originally ordered. Less than an hour later, I drove away with my three peak mtn snowflake rated tires.However, I did not have a chance to look for reviews on the tire I bought relying on their experience/recommendation. LO - I have been unable to find anything helpful about Hankook New Englander 4s tires. Tire wall says they were made in Indonesia. There is the three peak mtn snowflake image. They have a 2023 DOT manufactured date. So, Town Fair guys... I'll be back if these tires do not provide the performance I need. No problem with the service and willingness to make all, right... I am just hopeful that this product is as good.I got 4 new tires for my RV 2 years ago from Town Fair. I returned to the business because of my previous experience.”
