Couldn't be nicer ! My son broke his gold clasp to his chain. They replaced the entire clasp for a fair price with a quick turnaround. We will definitely be going back !

After being married for over 30 yrs, we decided we'd like to rework our original wedding rings by adding sapphires and changing a setting for the primary diamond in one of the rings.We are blown away... These rings are not only incredibly beautiful, but repaired (esp on the ring with the new setting) to -better- than the original rings!!They truly are brand new wedding rings, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you for your amazing attention to detail and artistry. Your communication and customer service are also top notch, kind & courteous. (And your estimate was right on as well!)Amazing experience, can't recommend your services enough!

Great place. Did what Hannoush couldn't- fix a family ring at an affordable price. They had it done on time with no extra fees at the end and the ring looked Great, like brand new. Skip overpriced and rude Hannoush; these people are friendly and respectful.

I inherited a engagement ring from my husband’s great aunt. The ring split after a while and we wanted to see how much it would cost to repair it. The gentleman who helped us said it will have to be rebanded because it’s been repaired so many times the bottom of the band was so thin it will just break again. He quoted us $200 to reband but said he’ll do the repair real quick for $30. We scrounged up $30 and went back for the ring and he said it was free. When I get the extra money I am going back to him to reband the ring. He was very nice and generous

I walked into Timcos and the ladies that greeted me were so friendly!! They got Tim’s attention and he fixed my new bracelet ( purchased elsewhere) immediately! Best Christmas gift!! Thanks Tim and company!!

First of all, the shop is just gorgeous. It's worth a thorough look around! They have more than just fine jewelry (local art, jewelry, stained glass pieces, watches, etc.) though their collection is stellar. A lovely woman helped us choose my wedding set, she was fabulous. We came in and she let us peek about the shop, before asking if we would like any assistance. She used my inspiration pic & my style description to find me the most poised, adorable set I could've asked for. Seriously. We went to about every shop in town. First shot, she knocked it out of the park. The ring was sized & ready for pickup in about a week. The owner & male associate who worked that afternoon were both pleasant and I appreciated the banter-- Thanks for your part in our forever, and for the laugh on the way out.

Tim and Dianne go above and beyond the call of service to make sure that you get exactly what you want. They have a beautiful selection of pieces in the store, but they also have no problem creating a custom order if you prefer. I'll never shop for jewelry anywhere else!
