I was visiting family from out of town and went here. The guy doing my mani/pedi was super fast, no massaging of legs and hands, real quick and incomplete scraping of dead skin, he kept tapping my foot or pointing to tell me when he needed me to do something or move a foot, just very abrupt and no communication or eye contact. I suppose he doesn't speak much English but that's no excuse, I've had plenty of pedis from poor english speakers who were very pleasant and smiling. I could have been a dog sitting in the chair for all he cared. The place is dirty. If you look at all the stations and the dirty bottles and other stuff left lying all around the stations, you don't get a good feeling about sanitation. There are no women working this salon and it really shows in the service and cleanliness. I guess they stopped taking card payments or maybe it's just cash only for tips, not sure, but several customers only had cards and had issues and confusion over payment. Some walked out. You even have to pay for a membership/loyalty card and only cash--not sure why anyone would want that after my experience. Shame because I'm sure they are a small struggling business and it shows. Gave it 2 stars cuz it was cheaper than my normal place and the nail result was OK.

I made a 6 pm appointment with Andy , after sitting and waiting until 6:45 pm he finally finished with his client. He stood up leaving his station a mess and dirty and walked outside ( I thought perhaps he was taking a smoke break )! At 7 pm he still had not returned, I asked co workers where he was their response “ oh he left “ and you didn’t think to let me know ??!!!! I replied can anyone else’ so my nails !!!!!!! No we are closing !!! WHAT are you kidding me ?!!! Since SUNY left the place is dirty , unorganized and they don’t answer the phone ! To add to my frustration my gf was paying and theiy said the credit card machine is broken !!! Absolute horrible customer service and the place is just grossly dirty ! So I wasted two hours of my time I’ll never get back and they didn’t even care ‘

The quality of my nails came out great but the experience was unlike anything I've encountered before. I was extremely uncomfortable, the guy doing my nails was very clearly displaying that he did not want to be helping me. He even went as far as hitting my hand with the file multiple times to get me to relax; which in return made me more tense. He dropped several items on the floor during his disgruntled temper tantrum and overall everything he did had an angry undertone to it. I was so uncomfortable the whole time; it's unfortunate that this is the only nail salon in Rutland.

The people are not very professional. The man who worked on my pedicure was not thorough.And DON’T GET THE MASSAGE. They are very bad at massaging your legs/feet. They mainly focus on your calves and barely touch your feet.

Went there last week and had a fill, two nails broke in the first week. Went back to get them fixed and another fill to make them all even.. he didn't match new nails to the shape I had and my nails are lumpy and look terrible and I told him they should be smooth and he just looked at me... very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.Service: Acrylic nails

Usually I walk out in smiles and happy for such a great job. Today was different, bad experience with a different worker. Asked for gel with acrylic to keep nails strong. Terrible job!!! He broke my skin which caused bleeding. Offered no antiseptic to clean. Used a color I did not choose.$50 down the drain.Service: Acrylic nails

I had a 12:00 appointment for a gel manicure that I made the day before. I specifically made the appointment for noon so I could go on my lunch break, they said they could do it. After waiting for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment of them running behind, I walked out. The last time I had an appointment they were 25 minutes after my appointment time. Really not thrilled with this place for multiple reasons. They care more about money than the customer and consistently overbook. I had a 4 o'clock appointment with my friend today and I didn't get sat until my friend was almost done. I sat there for 45 minutes when my appointment was 4 with more and more people funneling in the door. When I did get in finally I asked for my nails to be brought In a bit similar to coffin because I don't like them to flair out and they made them almost to a point and very uneven. Also the topcoat was done incorrectly so they have a ton of bubbles on them. Not many colors to choose from and they can't do much more than plain colors. I can't say I will ever be back.

I'm from Ohio. Every nail salon in Rutland is primitive in comparison. I have to make due with what they have. And surprisingly this one is the best to offer. At least they do dip powder. Not the most sanitary.

Had a pedicure done the person who did my feet was quick to get me done tried to ask him if he could also do the massage they offer he didn't pay any attention so needless to say I was a little disappointed

Went to have a pedicure here for the first time. It will be the last, worst pedicure experience ever. My appointment started 10 minutes late and was over in about 18 minutes. I felt rushed, toenails were very poorly manicured, and my heels were not softened at all.Service: Pedicures

I used to love coming here, I went once more even hearing things were getting bad. Paying full price for a half done pedicure service answered all my questions. To bad I used to feel so pampered, it's now wait past your time slot and get rushed out.Service: Pedicures
