I took my car here after a botched windshield replacement at the WRJ location. I was devastated by how sloppy the first job looked and was reluctant to take it back to Safelite, but spoke with John who provided some assurance. He took the time to look at all areas of concern from the first job, and redid the windshield. He was very detail-oriented and the windshield looks perfect. It looks brand new. I'm so grateful it was fixed! Thank you!!

Unwanted tinted window... missed appointments because they never got the window in on time with no calls to cancel , broken door lock , came to fix it and then broke my window. Biggest mistake was to use safelite. This is my first bad review ever, but the public needs to know.

The first visit was for a chip, but the windshield cracked all the way across during the repair. I scheduled a window replacement for the following week, and the technician took over six hours, but the car was not functioning after the replacement. I had to have the car towed and spent over $1000.00 dollars for towing and repair. The dealer stated that the damage was caused by the technician who failed to reinstall the computer correctly. I cannot get any type of reimbursement for this after submitting a claim. Hold times with customer service are over 30 minutes with numerous transfers. The representatives also do not answer emails. I would avoid safelight.

Failed chip repair done back in Oct resulted in needing a new windshield replacement in Dec. When I returned to shop for window replacement was told by customer service that we again needed to pay a deductible and not given an explanation why. I left and spoke to my insurance company who referred me to the NE regional Safelight Account Rep who I did speak with and, was very professional. I returned to the local repair shop had the windshield was replaced accordingly, staff was still unprofessional, car was not cleaned up, seat wasn't even put back. I received a text today letting me know calibration was complete on my 2022 Nissan. It's actually a 2023. Will not return to this shop, will not recommend. Poor customer experience all around.

I loved using Safelight until they decided to stop using ANY real humans for engagement. You absolutely cannot connect with someone regardless of the situation. This is a real dissuasion from using their service. I hope they fix the issue.

I had a windshield replaced in July and paid for front and back wipers totaling $96.27. After I left I realized they never changed the wipers. I called and spoke with the manager who said they would credit me the money and they never have. Now when I call I get hung up on or told they can't find any account for me. Not happy?
