I did initial exploration by e mail as it was a bit of a drive. The salesman, Bob, was very helpful and willing to work in this way. We were able to get a full understanding of the offer before visiting.

With this being the first car that I bought through a dealership I had the most amazing experience. Steve and Michelle made the car buying process so easy and fast. Steve was a very easy person to talk to and made the test drive comfortable. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful while helping me find a car that fit my budget. Michelle made the loan applying process quick and easy. She was there to answer any questions I had and help get the process moving. She was very flexible with helping find a bank that would approve me and helped me in any way she could even by giving me advice with being a younger buyer. I am so glad that I went to Lundrgen Volkswagen to buy my Atlas and will be coming back in the future when it’s time for a new one! Thank you Michelle and Steve I greatly appreciate the both of you!
