This pharmacy is terribly slow, the majority of the staff are rude including "smiling steve" and I dread going in here because I know there is always going to be some kind of problem.

Absolutely horrible service in the last few months!!! And I've been a loyal customer for 20+ years Never having important meds on time. You can call in for your meds days in advance. So you don't run out.They tell you ready one day..go get it..sorry it won't be ready for another hr. To then go back and be told oh our inventory was wrong. We might have it tomorrow. Sadly this isn't the first time but the 3rd time in less than 6 months. Not to mention very unpleasant staff. I will gladly be taking my family's business elsewhere

Delivery can be iffy. I've had a few instances where they said " today" and didn't show up for a few days. That is not okay when needing to take medicine everyday. Otherwise, love the place.

Called today to ask where my meds where asked to be delivered and yet no meds they don't take blame for not going to showing up but don't mind double charging for delivery will be going back to Walmart I'm done with that pharmacy

This pharmacy used to be great but they are horrible now..besides not having my prescription ready 2 times in a row they charged me 11.75 for 4 syringes and just bought 12 from cvs for 6.00...a rip off pharmacy..sooo sad for Rutland
