I'd give it negative stars if I could. Not habitable for humans....or even feral animals

To all the New Yorkers that are coming to this hotel through economic services which seemed to be primarily all the people of a different pigmentation.
Please stop your loudness we don't appreciate hearing it there's a lot of us here that actually like to be quiet continue your loud craziness and the cops will be getting called here so regularly that you'll be forced to behave because it seems like the only time you ? sbehave is when the cops are involved.
Sincerely
The watchers

My room was dusty a d the bathroom floor was dusty. The bed was comfy only 1 tuwel , pool room closed abd breahedest room with no intentions of opening. The website does not tell u that. By website place looks good.My microwave was dusty smelling , retained moister and due. To the bare metal in some spots. Paint was peeling on tub, one towel , once in awhile some found can't from a Chych, lots of drugs inside and outside sales right in front of kids. Kids run inside making noice 7amPeople arguing or ripping people off. Helping me I'm grateful as I was homeless. There is a lot of homeless there mainly on drugs, rooms smell like urine of humans or animals. Over all it's a poor review gratitude for a roof tv and a bed, but the rest nit so much. Asked daily to borrow vacuum and a mop never got it. I did my floors on my hands and knees. Cops always there it ambulance. Lots of addicts avd alcoholics too.

It seems like a lot of people in the comments section like to complain. My name is Ariel and I just moved in. The staff here is amazing they're very kind and go out of their way for you. There's always food downstairs in the refrigerator for the people who are unfortunate and hungry. From someone who has struggled to keep a stable home, my husband and I are very grateful. Having a roof over your head is better than not having a roof over your head. To the people who complain about the rooms how about turn a negative situation into a more positive by making it feel like home whether you are staying here for a couple days or living here.

Recently redone. Room was clean but housekeeping left something to be desired. Location is on one of the city's 2 main roads, so easy access to anyplace you want to go. Overall not bad.

The security guy was pretty cool but he’s not playing about his job like they have security there for a reason because Rutland is full of scumbags so if you’re there to cause a problem you’re gonna have a problem I didn’t have any bad experiences theres some really cool people that stay there my problem was the black guy that was trying to spread fake rumors about me just because he saw them in the hallway and thought he knew something about me but that small town stuff and that’s what I do when they see a female that’s worth something out there! Hi Chad B!! It was awesome running into u again!

Stay Away!!! We booked reservation at the property but when we arrived at 11 PM the housekeeper told us that the hotel is fully booked and there is no vacancy. They basically left us stranded in the middle of the night with kids and all other hotels were booked. Please stay away and look at other reviews before booking!

The Good: The room was actually pretty big, and comfy, ample towels etc. I clearly visited after most of the renovations had been completed, so it was decent enough, pool was open, but a little on the cold side. No hot tub :/ It's pretty prime location in Rutland, lots around, about 30 mins to Killington and 20 to Pico. Nice trails nearby too.The Bad: Breakfast boxes were a joke. Coffee was always empty. Staff were less useful than ideal to put it nicely. WiFi was pretty bad, but usually got the job done. My room was the only one that required a physical key, which was odd. Another oddity; the furnace in my room had a gap with the wall where cold air from outside would leak in. So it had to run constantly, and the room was always too hot and dry or too cold and drafty. Overall it was good enough for 2 nights, but not as cheap as I thought I booked it for. Should be ~$80 max.

You get what you pay for! Not a huge fan. When we checked in we were told the pool was heated, to 84 degrees. I thought that was crazy because we have a heated pool at home, 68 degrees. This pool is not heated. Don't jump in and think it is because you will end up sick like me for 4 days afterward. The breakfast is a to go box of a tiny muffin, old apple, nutri grain bar and bottle of water. None of the 3 outside doors open with your key so you have to run around to the front to get in... in -10 degree weather. Coffee machines are a joke! They have the machines in the room, but they don't have the parts for the machine to make it work, and you have to basically beg for toilet paper. We travel around the country for work and this was one of the most disappointing places we've stayed.

I am not a fan. Hallways smell like smoke, and some of the side doors are broken and the key cards will not open, forcing you to walk through the front door and all the way down the hall if your room is to the back of the hotel. The room I stayed in could have been really nice, but the things that were wrong with it were really bad. The phone literally had no numbers in it to push, and didn't work at all. The curtains were half off the rods, and didn't work. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The lights over the bed didn't work at all. There really isn't anything given for breakfast (not a huge deal, but they say that they have breakfast.) I stayed a week, and couldn't get housekeeping to change my bedding, even though I asked them to please change it when they could. I was willing to leave the room so they could do it. I understand COVID being an issue, but housekeeping wasn't masking while cleaning the previously emptied rooms, or while in the hallways, so changing my bedding should not have been an issue. One positive is bed was incredibly comfortable, however I don't see myself staying at this location again.

The room was very dirty there was trash and a dirty sock underneath the bed that was intact. The other bed was completely broken and unsafe. After informing the front desk they came and looked at it and said that maintenance would be coming, but they were unable to move us. The bed was never fixed nor were there attempts made to talk to us about the status. The hotel was noisy, I went to ask the gentleman at the front desk what the quiet hours were and he looked at me like I was crazy. There were children running and stomping past midnight.
