“I put my phone through the works over the past year and yesterday the screen finally succumbed to water damage. The staff at the Rutland store were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went more than above and beyond to help me get my new phone set up. And even with a screen on the fritz on the old phone, they were able to get my photos transferred to my new phone which was crucial as I had expense receipts stored in the damaged phone. I cannot thank Jon, Ryan, and Trent enough for their collaborative effort to make sure I left the store happy and satisfied.”
