“The representative that I worked with at the Rutland, VT store Jon Plankey really knows his stuff. I had a nightmare of an experience with CPAP from my previous DME and as a result was very apprehensive and concerned about Keene as my new DME. Jon put my mind at ease with an in depth knowledge and explanation of the product/service that reflected a true passion that has been lost in most modern day customer service experiences. I did not feel like I had a good knowledge base and support available to me with the previous supplier and Jon has appreciated and alleviated those fears for me.
