Jim Heilner is a top notch salesman. He understood what we were looking for (better than we did, honestly) and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the process. When the time came to sign the paperwork, he handed us off to Kris Hamblin, who was also an absolutely amazing person to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is my third Audi (plus one Subaru) I have purchased from these folks. They make buying a car as painless and easy as possible. I highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for quality cars at a quality dealer.
I am updating this on June 20, 2024: I took my Audi in for service. Amanda was my Service Advisor. She was AWESOME! I had an issue and she kept trying to solve it until she finally was able to figure out the DMV website. She definitely went the extra mile.
This dealership is TERRIFIC!

I just had a 20K miles service performed at Rutland Audi. scheduling the service by phone was pleasant and quick.
Arriving on time I was greeted by Amanda, the service coordinator, who explained the scope of today's service, the expected time to complete the service, and answered my questions about using my iPhone in the car wirelessly (bluetooth) clearly and effectively.
The service was completed on time and I was given a detailed report including an actual video of the final inspection.
I drove away knowing my Audi Q5
Is in good hands.

Bob Lewis made our experience painless and actually fun!
Kelley and I want to share with you that today's sale was the best we have ever had.
Bob explained everything to us In a concise and informative way, and you satisfied all of our questions. My daughter was so excited to drive the car home! Don't think she h a s stopped smiling yet!
Kris, the finance manager, was very efficient, and didn’t try to oversell us on anything and made the purchase so smooth. Very fair and accommodating!

If Google had Michelin stars for dealerships, I would give Bob Lewis of Rutland Audi three Michelin stars. He made purchasing my vehicle, easy and painless, very friendly to work with very knowledgeable and a huge pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back in the future.

They have a person that answers the phone when you call the service department! I really can't ask for much more. Try calling any dealer in the Upper Valley and you will know what I mean.

We've been extremely happy with the service we've received at Audi Rutland over the years. We owned three Audis and when one of them was totaled, we bought another one. Great service from the service team (we're big fans of Sam Hamblin, the service manager, and Sue Johnson, our service rep) and really appreciated the informed advice of Steve Latucca, the sales rep who helped us in our decision making. Highly recommended.I appreciated the fact that I could look at their website and see what they had in inventory. Very helpful in evaluating the options.

This is the second time that this dealer pulled a bait and switch with me. It also happened three years ago with a Volkswagen. Made an appointment to drive a car on Saturday morning at 9:00 as that is when Andrew told me the dealership opens. Got a call on Friday night letting me know that someone else was driving the SAME car at 8:30 on Saturday morning. Did I want to put a deposit down now? WHAT!?!? Never saw the car, never drove the car- you get the gist! BUT…we have other cars that are silver and are 1000s of dollars more that you can look at. Spoke with the manager who proceeds to call me by the wrong name. This place is a dirty dealer on every level. Best of luck.
