“Rotella is by far one of the best businesses I have after utilized across any and every industry that I've ever been to! Mike (owner) was absolutely amazing, as well as his staff that took my sketch on a piece of paper and made it into what I have now (built a front porch with a handicap ramp for my disabled child). They took the time to double check measurements, calculate exactly everything I needed, never feeling rushed or bothered. Then took it to the next level by walking me to the lumber yard, helped me pick out the quality materials, THEN loaded it into his truck for a local delivery in Rutland. The prices are very similar to the big box store, however the quality is by far a higher standard. To top it all off, I got a follow up call after the weekend to see how the project went, and if there was anything else needed!! Come on, in this day in age, finding someone to actually be kind is a job in itself, but Rotella, Mike and the Staff went so far above and beyond for a small project, I am just lost for words on how wonderful this place is. I would HIGHLY recommend Rotella for ANY construction related materials and advice, you'll get it here!”

“I unfortunately ordered an item from Home Depot and had it shipped 50 miles away to the Rutland store. Luckily, we enjoy going to Rutland so, no big deal. We browsed the store and located a vanity that we were looking for. The store was well stocked. Picking up the tool I ordered was less than pleasant. The customer service gal was a bit standoffish and not super pleasant to us or her coworker. Anyway,it was not a bad trip to Rutland.”
